Villa Eduardo, Clean and Spacious home built for Indoor and Outdoor Entertaining

This property is beautiful.

It was all good but I bought 150 dollars of steak and could not use the newer bbq if I were him I would fix that! You anticipate the bbq would work! That was a bad thing! Cooking for 8 we had to make do on the stove and the steaks were terrible! I liked it mostly because I went to cal poly and lived close went I went to college.

Needed a spot close to Madonna Inn for son’s wedding. Family group of 6 adults were easily accommodated in the home and an intimate dinner for 13 worked out perfectly. Home is a little close to a sometimes busy street, but we could not hear any traffic noise. Close to shopping in the event anyone needed anything. Thanks Michael

We loved this home so much! It had plenty of things to do for all ages. The kitchen was well stocked, the backyard was incredible and the home was clean and well cared for. We had a little hiccup with the code when we arrived and had a little trouble connecting with the owner to get it fixed- but that didn’t interfere with our stay. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at this spacious and well-stocked home! The beds were super comfortable, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. One of the highlights was the bocce ball court—it was such a fun bonus for our group! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The location is also really convenient—just a short drive to lots of family-friendly activities and restaurants, and right next to several shopping centers for anything we needed on the fly. Would definitely recommend for a fun and easy getaway!

This was the absolute most perfect stay as our daughter's wedding took place at the Madonna Inn. It was a great space for our family to gather in one place. The kitchen was well stocked, and as an avid cook, I appreciated that! Our host was responsive, courteous, and attentive. We highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed. It was close to stores and the college. The beds were comfortable and it was super quiet. We would stay again.

This was ideal spot - the spaciousness and amenities fit our purpose to a T. Made for a family gathering place that worked for all ages.

Check in process was super easy and the host communicated well and was very friendly. We had 7 adults and 3 children staying at the house for a running retreat but 12 adults hanging out during the day- and the outdoor space was perfect for us! The hot tub and cornhole weregreat also!

We celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday with her adult grandchildren’s & great grandkid's. The pictures of the place do not do it justice! Very roomy & we had every thing we needed. Coffee & restaurants are close by too. I totally recommend ?

Perfect location in SLO, super close to where I used to live when I went to Cal Poly. The house was clean and in good condition with good amenities. Michael was a great host and communicated well with us. I'd definitely stay here again!
