Welcome to Farmhouse805! Our newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath farmhouse is situated on a 20-acre working farm located on San Luis Obispo's Central Coast in the heart of Edna Valley Wine Country. The home has been in our family for over 100 years. It features 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a private office with a sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has blackout curtains to for a great night's rest. There is also a lovely living room, full kitchen with all updated amenities, a large dining area, and separate laundry room. Once you are back from exploring San Luis Obispo & the Central Coast you can step outside and enjoy the ambiance of the brand-new backyard patio. The patio features a large gas bbq and outdoor sink to make cooking a breeze. Take advantage of the beautiful views and dine outside at the table that seats 8. You can also play a few of the outdoor games, lounge in the hammock, or sit around the gas fire pit telling stories and making memories.

    Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting the area. The home is very welcoming, clean and centrally located to many wineries. Our family had a wonderful time and would highly recommend especially if attending a wedding at the White Barn.

    Farmhouse805 was an amazing property with all the extras you could ask for. House is stocked with all sorts of extras that come in handy and if you have a question, manager is quick to respond. Location is amazing, makes you feel like you are really away from everything, but only a few minutes from grocery stores and downtown SLO. The road the Farmhouse is on also has wonderful wineries within 1 to 2 minutes :) We will be back!

    My family stayed at the farmhouse for a nearby wedding at the whit barn and this worked out perfectly. The home was large enough to accommodate everyone, we loved enjoying the outdoor space and all the fruit trees. And especially loved the yoga space upstairs!! We cannnot reccomend staying here enough and are already hoping to plan a trip back soon!

    We really enjoyed the 805Farmhouse - a beautiful house and property with wonderful and welcoming amenities. Perfect for spending time together and easy location for exploring all the things to do in and around SLO! We'd recommend and stay here again.

    Beautiful farmhouse right in the heart of Edna valley. Less than two miles from many great wineries. Downtown SLO just a quick drive away. This hike is peaceful and serene. You feel like you’re the only one for mile. It’s well appointed. Check in and out is easy and the host are very quick to respond.
