Beautiful family home located 300 meters from the sea and 5 minutes from the city center of Deauville.
A haven of peace in Normandy - House in the middle of the garden (1800 M2) with three terraces.
5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Large living room of almost 80 m2 with kitchen open to the double living room and dining room.
On the ground floor, a master bedroom with a large adjoining bathroom (shower + bathtub + toilet) - view of the garden.
On the 1st floor three bedrooms with double bed: Bedroom 1 with adjoining shower room and toilet - bedroom 2 with private balcony and adjoining shower room - a separate toilet in the corridor - bedroom 3 with adjoining bathroom (bathtub).
On the 2nd floor: master bedroom (2M bed!) adjoining bathroom and separate toilet.
Laundry room in the basement (washing and drying machine) as well as a storage room with fridge and additional freezer.
Convenience nearby (Bakery 100 meters - Supermarket 300 meters).
Possibility of parking three cars in the garden courtyard, equipped with an automatic gate.
Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided.

First of all... What a find!! This place is amazing!! For our family of five, with our friends a family of four plus a dog, what I can say is there was lots of room for all of us. Nobody was on top of each other. It was clean & tidy and very comfortable. En-suites in most rooms, the children in those without, so no drama's. The gardens which surround the house provide a wonderful great space to BBQ and dine outside, also had various lovely spots to sit and relax. Plenty of space for the dog and children to play about in too. There is an amazing beach which is only a few easy minutes walk away. And what a beach! Decent restaurants to enjoy during the day and evening. Deauville a small walk further along for something more high brow. An great exhibition space a few minutes up the road, shopping is easy, along with a magnificent friendly boulangerie around the corner for the morning breakfast, coffee is good too. Alexendre & Sylvie, the hosts, were amazing. Replied very quickly to our questions. Met us on arrival to show us around. They really made us welcome & feel at ease. Plenty of onsite parking. Will definately look to rebook this truly wonderful house again. Brilliant!
