Stayed May 22, 2025Tony and Annamaria were the most amazing hosts! Although the villa is a bit remote, that is exactly what we were looking for, and the views across the bay to Capri were incredible!

Stayed Sep 14, 2024Despite the fact that the villa is a bit remote, it is in such a quiet. peaceful setting with such stunning views that it is well worth it. The owner, Tony is so wonderful and accommodating, taking us to/from the bus stop and various tours and restaurants each day, it made the fact that it is remote not an issue. Both terraces have wonderful views of Capri and gorgeous sunsets. We sat out every morning with our coffee and every evening with cocktails. The indoor space was very nice with a well equipped kitchen. However, if you want ice, you will need to have Tony take you to a local bar to purchase some. The beds were comfortable and the baths were beautiful. Both bedrooms have doors leading to outdoor areas, which is nice. Tony also recommended several really nice local restaurants with good food that was very inexpensive. I always prefer local restaurants. Annamarie sent us info and booked two tours for us which were both great. One was a boat trip for a day on Capri and the other was a local farm experience where we toured a farm where they grow lemons, olives andd grapes. Then we sampled the olive oil and fresh lemonade and had a complete multi-course meal with wine and Limoncello after dinner. The tour was very interesting, tasty and worthwhile. We accidently locked ourselves out of the villa, but the neighbor had the key, so be careful when exiting the villa to make sure you have the key. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for a relaxing stay.

Stayed Jun 9, 2024Four of us stayed here in June and loved our time here! AnnaMaria and Tony made us feel like family immediately and the view--Holy Cow! You can see Capri directly from the outdoor patio/pool area and watch the boats and they go by. Very good amenities and a decent sized kitchen to cook in (basic supplies are there and free for you to use). Champagne and fresh juices on arrival and wines available to purchase since the property is a little ways out of town, which we appreciated. It was the perfect place to relax and wind down after crazy busy Rome. There are terrific restaurants quite close to the property and Tony was happy to take us there.Tony was AMAZING and would drive us to where we needed to go. He also generously recommended a local--farm-to-table dining experience and booked it for us, which we loved. Honestly, it was hard to want to leave the property because it was so gorgeous. By the time we left, Tony was family. Ciao Tony from Sachin and the girls! Hospitality plus. They go above and beyond to please you.

Stayed May 8, 2023We absolutely loved our time at the Villa. We had a lot to see but wanted to be back at the property for wine and sunset each night. Our hosts Tony and Annamarie were wonderful and we’re great communicators. They not only made recommendations but reservations as well. Be sure and get familiar with the Massa Lubrense location above Salerno. You will get to know the roads well. We especially enjoyed boating and dinners at Marina Cantone off the backside of the peninsula from Sorrento. The shuttle to/from the property was a bit to adjust to, but Tony and Annamarie made it seem as NO problem. We enjoyed getting to know Tony and used him to taxi us to dinner. This arrangement is especially perfect if guests do not intend to have a rental car. Again, the pictures really are true and accurate - it really is that beautiful. Thanks Team Tony!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969You couldn't ask for a more gracious and caring vacation experience. The hosts really lived up to our home away; but even better, they were friends away too. The Villa is in Massa Lubrense, about 8 Km from Sorrento, and less than 15 km from Positano. It is up on a hill off a narrow road with gorgeous views of the Capri; and so your friends away are only too happy to ease your mind and provide you with transit into town, to a restaurant, even to Sorrento itself. As to the Villa itself, it is beautifully appointed, even with a small swimming pool, with two ample sized bedrooms (the main being on the ground floor, the second - with its own bathroom and terrace, on the floor above), and a lovely kitchen area with a living room area well worthy of entertaining guests. A lovely assortment of refreshments were waiting for us upon our arrival along with goodies for a continental breakfast the next morning. Our gracious hosts offered recommendations, made reservations, and were themselves available 24/7. Grazie Mille, and we are sure that anyone who might be fortunate to stay there will not be disappointed!
