Stayed Dec 28, 2025The neighborhood was very quiet, which is what we were looking for. We didn't want to hear loud partying - just wanted a quiet stay. The house is pretty outdated and there were a few things that didn't work (like the dishwasher), BUT the manager was very responsive and sent someone to fix it the next day. Unfortunately, the dishwasher needed a part that they had to order, so it didn't get fixed during our stay. The pool wasn't clean when we arrived, the previous guests had left three bandaids in the bottom of the pool. But the manager was able to get the pool service there the very next day which fit our schedule perfectly. The kitchen isn't very well equipped. There was only one spatula and no pizza pans. We had planned on cooking more at home, but decided not to because of this. All-in-all though - it was a pleasant stay.

Stayed Nov 23, 2025We stayed here last year, so we knew what to expect. Great location to shops, beach and stores! Heated the pool this year, and it is the way to go in November. Got to use it all week, and most nights. Public beaches less than 5 mintes away. Great get away week to extend summer.
