Fantastic view, well furnished and well laid out. Had a great visit

We came for a view of the water and were not disappointed. The online description is accurate. It was spotlessly clean and we were able to find everything to make our stay comfortable. This was important to us as we need to prepare our own meals due to food allergies. There is one point of note for those who are handicapped, having mobility issues. Some transitions between rooms are uneven, so you have to watch your step to avoid tripping.

Views and location steal the show here! Very clean home. Clearly has family history and has been cared for. Such a peaceful neighborhood. Relaxing to look at the water and enjoy the cozy gas fireplace. The near by beach is great for a walk and fresh air. Can't wait to go back again.

Beautiful New Year’s Eve !! So relaxing and peaceful the view is amazing !! House is so inviting and warm , everything you need in kitchen bedrooms are comfortable plenty of bathrooms could not ask for more !!

The house is wonderful, and the ocean view is STUNNING. We stayed there after Christmas, so the view and the gas fireplace were a cozy combination.

We had an awesome stay. The home was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. We would love to come back again and stay for a longer time.

The location of this property is simply amazing. The Atlantic Ocean becomes a welcome member of the the trip...my family loves the huge backyard for games...Little Compton RI is gem, as is the Southshore beach..(the pass was very much appreciated) Kitchen and grill all top notch. We had a party of six who all felt they had adequate space. Thanks for the great stay.

Great house, wonderful views, close to town beach (beach pass included!), extremely well-stocked kitchen (even had a therrmapen!), quiet neighborhood; a great place for a family week at the shore.

Nice property with central air. Clean property and quiet neighbors. Adjacent to a right of way, we think. Had multiple people using the private stairs and landing to the water despite no trespassing sign. Not the owners fault but maybe a better sign that says the address to which this only water access applies. Upper bedroom has a great view and breeze.

Very comfortable and clean large home with all amenities included, located in a quiet area. The ocean views were amazing, especially the sunrises. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this home. A beach area is only a minute or two from this property. Lots of great restaurants within a short drive (recommend Groundswell Cafe & Bakery and 4 Corners Grill). Greenwood Chicken (from farm to trailer) on W Main Road in Little Compton is a must for some delicious chicken. C R Wilbur General Merchandise is unique store worth your time to experience. We visited Plymouth Rock, Battleship Cove, and Cliff Walk/Mansions. We also discovered a casino nearby.

Views were stunning with incredible sunrises. Host was quick to answer questions. Home was rustic, but very clean. We would hope to stay again.

Had a wonderful stay here in April. It is located in a beautiful spot right on the bay. The house faces east and has great sunrises in the morning. It was early in the season when we stayed and very quiet. The kitchen and house is stocked with everything you need for a visit.

This house was exactly what we hoped it would be. Great location on the water and views for miles with a beach that you can drive onto. Very cabin like and the fire place was amazing. Beds are large and super comfortable easily fitting 2 people in each. About a 40 minute drive to Newport that is scenic with farms along the way.

A serene oceanfront property for a perfect getaway. The images exactly reflected how the property was and the house had everything that we needed. Also, after request, Norm brought us some wood logs and firestarter for bonfire pot. Overall memorable experience.

Communication and check-in was super easy. The kitchen and whole house was stocked with all you could need to cook go to the beach. Plenty of room for family of five. The only down part to it was the TVs as having teenagers there was one small one in the living room and one small one in the basement. One of the high lights was the room upstairs it was very warm and cozy. It was great to hear the waves crash on the rocks as you fall asleep. All the beds were so comfortable

Beautiful beachy home with a water view that I could stare at for hours! Lots of space for a sister’s reunion weekend. Very well stocked kitchen with every spice, cookware and appliance you could need for your stay. Spent a lot of time at the dining room table, playing games, chatting, puzzling. We booked an hour at altersauna, just down the road at the beach. Loved it! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

There’s nothing like waking up to and enjoying wide open views of the ocean. This lovely home brought us all what we were looking for: a quiet and beautiful stay on the oceanfront. Little Compton is charming. The hosts are excellent and provided additional help when needed. This is a trip we’ll remember forever!

Great house amazing views !! We had a great time relaxing,cooking kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed . We got to watch the ocean from calm to very angry with big waves with people surfing so cool we loved it !!!!

A wonderful place to relax with family in the winter! Lots of beautiful places to walk, spectacular ocean views and the fireplace is a huge plus! This is our second year spending Christmas here and it did not dissapoint! A kitchen with everything you could need, super comfy beds, great napping couch. Hawks and deer right outside the window to top it all off! We'll be back again for sure!

I loved waking up to the sunrise and ending the day with a walk on the neighborhood beach. This family home has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would love rebook.

Can’t beat the ocean view from this property. The owner was very responsive at check-in. Deck furniture is well worn, but the house is well suited for our family and is well stocked. Nice not to have to bring beach things - plenty of chairs, towels, toys, etc.

This is an authentic beach house with an amazing view. It is a perfect starting point for a walk or a bike ride. We appreciated the games and especially the boogie boards! The beds are comfortable. There is an outside shower with a view of the ocean! Air conditioning was appreciated on the few days it was necessary. The kitchen is small but extremely well-supplied including a spice rack!
