An easy bike ride or walk into the center of Ridgway, 2 miles away and 2.5 miles from Orvis Hot Springs.

Ridgway is an amazing destination filled with small-town charm, hot springs, and ice-climbing in Ouray. Ridgway is fast becoming known for its artful, eclectic shops and unparalleled culinary cuisine. Minutes from camping, fishing, off-road biking, hiking, paddling, boating, Jeep excursions, scenic tours, and more! For those looking for the best around town, there is a weekly Farmer’s market from May to October. Every Thursday in July there are live concerts in Ridgway Park.

While cooking in the open concept kitchen you can easily see the living/TV room for viewing TV while you prepare food. The view out the kitchen windows are staggering views of the Cimarron range as well Mt Sneffels. There is an outdoor deck as well, with comfy chairs to enjoy the mountain views and a Weber BBQ.

Orvis Hot Springs Pools is a 4 minutes drive, the reservoir just a 7 minute drive with great hiking, world class mountain biking trails, and water sports, they rent paddle boards and kayaks.There are other amazing mountain biking trails called the RAT trails and a paved river trail for walking and bike riding as well.

The house is conveniently located a mere 35-mile drive to the world-famous ski resort, Telluride, a short 10-mile drive to Ouray, and a 30-minute drive to the Montrose airport, the busiest regional airport on the western slope with direct flights to major cities including, Denver, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix, etc.

The home includes heat and air delivered through multiple efficient systems and fuel sources for your comfort and piece of mind. There is a cozy wood-burning stove and a Weber barbecue. Additional features include an EV charging station and kitchen amenities you would need, including a blender, toaster, coffee maker, stove, and full-size refrigerator. towels, cleaning materials, and two portable HEPA filters. There is a small gym that includes an Elliptical machine for those mornings you don't feel like walking in nature. The house also includes two Roku smart television's as well.
