The development is popular with skiers and golfers alike, and is also close to Lost Lake for summer and winter sports.

It offers ski-in access across the road (snow-dependent) or take the FREE village shuttle to lifts and village all year long.

It is a large and light-filled southwest exposure corner unit, with large panoramic view windows and high ceilings highlighting the mountain vistas from the living area.

It has a wonderful walk-out patio, leading to a gentle grassy slope - great for BBQ's in the summer and for the kids to toboggan on in the winter while you watch from inside! Enjoy the hot tub as you admire the views all around you from the beautifully-maintained grounds.

Take in beautiful sunsets over the mountains and the golf course as you relax on your private patio in the summer or from the comfort of the living room in the winter. There is a large stone wood-burning fireplace, great for you to curl up in front of with a glass of wine and a good book. The 2 bedrooms face the forested area behind the development, and are very private and quiet, with blackout blinds in the main bedroom perfect for a good night's sleep.

Located in the prestigious Benchlands near Chateau Fairmont Whistler and Four Seasons hotels, it is a peaceful and tranquil mountain retreat yet is remarkably close to all the shops, restaurants and services that Whistler has to offer. From here, it is an easy 10 minute walk to the Upper Village and slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, and 10 minutes further walk to the Main Village. The free village shuttle bus operates year-round, taking you to both Blackcomb base and Whistler village in just a few minutes, and the departure/return bus stops are located conveniently very close to the development.

This home is an ideal year-round location from which to explore and enjoy this 4-season resort. The Valley Trail is right outside your door, with easy access to cross-country skiing, cycling, hiking, the nearby golf course and Lost Lake. Ski home at the end of the day via Blackcomb's 'Home Run', to the warmth of a real fire in your woodburning fireplace. Enjoy the views from the hot tub at the end of the day.
