Views, Ocean/Mountain, Hot Tub, AC, Walk to Mesa Village, Gated Yard

I loved how quiet, private, and quaint the property was; however, I believe there needed to be more updates and cleaning that should have been done before our check-in. Dishes, utensils, and pots/pans that were put away were not thoroughly cleaned so we had to wash them again before using. We were hoping to eat dinner outside in the backyard but the patio seating was covered with cobwebs. Nobody did maintenance on the oven to ensure that everything was working and despite us following the check-out instructions, we found that they didn't have some of the things required for us to not be charged a fee, i.e. laundry detergent for towels. The two other numbers provided (not Lynn's) were unresponsive when I had questions before and during my stay. I didn't get a responses regarding my texts until the morning before we checked out. Not the most professional in my opinion.

We absolutely loved this property. The outdoor space is very expansive with beautiful landscaping and is even nicer than the pictures. We spent almost all of our time outdoors -- eating meals, doing remote work, using the fire pit, enjoying the hot tub and even some fun bocce tournaments with local friends. The neighborhood is super quiet which was nice and relaxing and made for good sleep quality. We enjoyed walking to the grocery store, Corner Tap and Alcazar. It's a hike back up the hill but awesome exercise. The proximity to Douglas Preserve and Shoreline Park was perfect for us as runners. Boat House, one of my favorite Santa Barbara restaurants, is also super close. And, Lynn made everything easy. All in all we enjoyed our time and are looking forward to hopefully coming back sometime in the future.

Loved staying here. Cute place, nicely maintained and fun outdoor area. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. Super nice and helpful hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

My partner and I loved our stay. We enjoyed the backyard and evening soak's in the hot tub. The view's were a added plus we weren't expecting. Would love to come back again.

We enjoyed our month stay at Lynn’s lovely cottage. The space was cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed in a home. The yard and view was so lovely. Quiet,friendly and safe neighborhood. We can’t wait to return!! Lynn was always available to us and is a lovely lady!

Charming small house and cleverly designed. Very comfortable.

We had a wonderful time in Santa Barbara, the house was well equipped and very comfortable in a quiet neighbourhood close to local amenities. The only issue we had was the very charming, but antiquated, oven (71 years old). The owners came straight over and checked it out when we queried it’s suitability (it was safe). Having said that, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this lovely house and hope to rebook in the future.

This is a wonderful cottage with 2 comfortable bedrooms, updated kitchen and a lovely outdoor space with beautiful views. It is very private and our host was very helpful. The location was perfect and home very clean and updated. We will definitely return !

Very quiet with mountain and ocean views. Everything you need to get away from the city hustle and bustle. Check in was very simple. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!
