The 3-level (multi-level House) house is on a private 2.5 acre overlooking the lake. You can access the lake at Boat Ramp 1. It is in the neighborhood and down the street. 1. 5 minutes to Guadalupe River for tubing and Whitewater Amphitheater for concerts and 10 minutes from Gruene Hall to dance the night away! 30 minutes to downtown New Braunfels.
