Victorian Mansion in the heart of historic Jim Thorpe

We ended up canceling our trip because of severe weather and the host was able to move our stay to another weekend.

Excellent stay in Jim Thorpe. This property is stellar in every way. Great location in walking distance to all the town has to offer. Home is spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated. It exceeded our expectations. Host was very accommodating and helpful. There were 10 adults in our group and we had a fabulous time.

We absolutely loved this place. It was clean and comfortable. We are 6 college friends who stayed here for three days, and it was roomy and enough room for all of us. It was a great location to walk to restaurants, shops, the Opera House and the train station. I would 100% recommend this house.

We had such an incredible stay! This property was absolutely perfect for our little family fall getaway trip. The location is indescribable, the town is breathtaking, especially this time of year being able to see all of the trees changing colors in the mountains around you. We often visit Jim Thorpe, and we will absolutely be booking this property for our return stay. We travel a lot and have rented a lot of properties and I will say with certainty that this was the cleanest and most unique stay we’ve ever had! I can’t recommend this place enough! And then to top it all off the host was so kind, gracious, and was so thoughtful with little things they left around the property; excellent at communication can’t recommend enough!!!

The owners were proactive and responsive. The mansion was gorgeous and very clean. The location was perfect. A great pick and you won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautifully designed home. It was spotless, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—just minutes from great restaurants, train stations, and local museums. Whether you’re planning a relaxing getaway or exploring the charm of Jim Thorpe, this is an ideal home base. We’ll definitely be recommending it to friends!

The property was large and matched Jim Thorpe Victorian theme. The backyard was very nice for picture taking. The property manager was very attentive and helpfuly.

The 5 bedrooms on the first floor were terrific. Loved the antiques and the modern updates/touches. The living room, dining room and closed in porch were spacious and great to use for meals and gatherings. The house is located directly in town so it's easy to walk to restaurants, shops and historic sites. Parking is a little bit of an adventure but there was plenty of parking. Thanks for a great weekend!!

This house now has a little special place in my heart and the couples that have been coming with me and hubby for a weekend here every year! You will not find a better place to stay (and we have tried many) while touring and exploring Jim Thorpe. The house is right on the main strip and in walking distance to everything! And the house itself is a dream and enhances the feeling of your stay in Jim Thorpe due to its beauty and historical history. Liza is an AMAZING host and the place is always top notch clean. Like you will not find a speck! This is the place to be if wanting an overnight or more in fantastic Jim Thorpe! Thank you Liza for ALWAYS making it a great stay!
