Historic house built in 1901, all upgraded modern amenities. Walking distance from Historic Down town Prescott.
Quiet with high ceiling chandeliers in dining room, 6 person table as well as 2 person table in kitchen. Wood burning fireplace in living room with sofa, 2 chairs, one rocker. Layout of house is split so each bedroom (2) is seperate. (See floor plan).
House has a front porch with 3 rockers & a bench. The flagstone back yard is spacious with 3 tables & a gas B

Stayed May 14, 2026We really enjoyed our stay in Prescott overall. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and the location was excellent — being so close to downtown made it easy to explore and enjoy the area without a lot of driving. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying again.There were just a few issues that kept the stay from being perfect. In the evenings the house would get fairly warm, and since the AC would only cool down to a certain temperature and the windows could not be opened, it became a little uncomfortable at night. We also noticed that the bathroom sink did not seem to have cold water available.Aside from those issues, we truly enjoyed the property and appreciated the overall experience. Prescott was great, and the home was a big part of making the trip enjoyable.

Stayed Sep 24, 2025Beautiful home in a beautiful area, within walking distance of Whisky Row, the courthouse and some of the most delicious Indian food I've had in a while. Fenced backyard which was nice for the dog but she came everywhere with us anyway.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025My friends and I still can’t get over how great this place was!! It was super cute, clean, GREAT location, had such a nice charm about the place, beds, couch, and chairs are very comfortable, and the front and back yards are beautiful and spacious with plenty of seating!! I would 1000% recommend!! We can’t wait to come back!
