GUEST RENTAL POLICY

Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you.
Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We don’t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We don’t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.

Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.

Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.

BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

    Cute lil place! The location is clutch, the owner communication is wonderful and the home was lovely. Beds were comfy and baths had nice towels and ammenities like soap and shampoo. A nice neighbor gave us coupons to a jazz club and was a lovely morning chat over coffee on the back porch. Minor complaints: the carpet upstairs is dirty looking/stained. The back porch steps are wood and after it rained they were super slippery. The handrail on one side was completely detached (with nails sticking out) so a bit tricky but notified owner about it.There is barebones kitchen supplies compared to other units I have stayed at, so if planning to cook or grill, know there are few supplies outside of some spices. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with The Goat in Nash.All st

    Short stay. Was easy to Uber downtown. Only downfall were all the tornado sirens and nowhere in the house to go to safety.

    This house was very clean and comfortable. We were a friends group in town for a concert and a little sightseeing. The home was 5 -7 minutes to the Ryman and Broadway and 20 minutes to the Grand Ole Opry. We used Ubers and got around easily (too cold to walk). Plenty of nice linens, kitchen was stocked okay, the house size was comforrtable for our group of 3. It was a decent value for the price and we enjoyed our stay.

    We had a wonderful time in Nashville. We had 4 adult's, would have been nice to have had seating in the living room for all of us. We were informed by JT (tenant in upper unit) we had to park on the street. If that is the case, include in property description. Carpets in bedroom should be replaced. Additional spices in kitchen would definitely be a plus.

    This place was fine for 4 people, but anymore than that would’ve been a little tight. We couldn’t set the AC to what we wanted so it was hot the entire trip. The microwave handle was broken, not enough coffee. There was mold in the bathroom upstairs and the carpets weren’t very clean. One of the bathroom sinks did not drain well, main dining room table was broken. Ceiling fan was not centered in a bedroom which didn’t allow for much air flow. The half bathroom door didn’t lock. I was expecting a little better for the price we paid, the AC was the biggest issue.

    This property was excellent. Very family friendly, close to downtown, super clean, and the hosts were responsive. We would definitely stay here again
