Great location, nicely decorated, walking distance to Old Town and then some. Nice linens, plenty of good towels, well-supplied. Mattress was softer than we like, but won't be a problem for those that like soft. House was overall clean, but cobwebs in many corners, not swept under couches, etc. brings the number of stars down for us. Had a slow-running sink the day we arrived, but given it was a Friday wasn't surprised that it didn't get addressed until Monday. (oddly, they never notified us when maintenance was coming - we just had a knock on the door around 5 p.m. Monday, but polite staff addressed problem for us). Overall great stay, but cleaning and communication could be improved.

Great little house near old town very nice neighborhood. Two bedrooms with two queen size bed beds perfect for two or three people or possibly two couples. All the amenities needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Location was perfect for a bike race that started at New Belgium brewery. Short walk to Old Town as well. We cooked in several times and the grill was nice to have. Deck is nice although it was a little warm while we were there.

A top property with every amenity you could wish for. The living area being open plan gave a great feeling of spaciousness. The utility area is well fitted out and leads out to a welcoming outdoor space. We used just he one bedroom which was spacious and very comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep. Both bedrooms having ensuite facilities was really beneficial especially when family came to visit. A quiet location: less than ten minutes walk to the Old Town for eateries and shopping, yet minutes to one of the main arteries out of Fort Collins.

Went to FOCO for graduation and location of this rental was perfect. Walk to coffee shops and restaurants and easy drive to CSU campus. Definitely would recommend for 4 people.

It was immaculate, well appointed in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The best part was location- just a 10 minute walk down tree-lined streets to the Old Town. We definitely would rebook if we return to this charming town.

We stayed here for a softball tournament and it was perfect for our family. Everything was as described. It is in walking distance to downtown Fort Collins which offers a lot of restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

We LOVED this property, it could not have been more perfect for us. The whole place was in pristine condition, the beds were comfy, and it was just the right size for our two couples. The walkability to town was my favorite part, and the owner is extremely communicative and friendly. Can't wait to stay here again sometime.
