Very quiet and peaceful room with private entrance and private bath

Lovely property and area with several amenities that make for an easy stay. Dee was very communicative and the stay was wonderful.

My experience was great! The room had everything I needed for my stay and was very close to plenty of shopping, dining and the beach! Dee was very kind and prompt with her responses to my texts. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to the area!

This was indeed quiet and peaceful. Room was spotless. Host was exceptionally responsive. Neighborhood was safe to walk around. Not far from ocean and good location for my needs. This was my first vrbo experience and based on this stay I would do again.

The hostess,Dee was amazing and very attentive to my needs! I felt very much at home and secure with keyless entry, motion sensitive lighting and comfortable mattress. The piece de resistance was a homemade dessert on the evening before I left! I highly recommend this property and the wonderful lady I had the pleasure to meet!!

Great location

The hostess was welcoming and explained how to access the property. Amenities were nice, including a floor heater for cold nights.

Beautiful area, near family and a lovely area to walk. Dee is a very gracious host. It was a lovely place that I will return to when visiting family and friends in Carlsbad.

Nice clean place to stay that's only a few minutes from the beach (by car). Easy highway access too so it's a breeze getting to and from the stay. Nothing fancy but it did the trick. I was happy with my stay and enjoyed my time in Encinitas!

Although we never got face time, Dee was incredible! She offered all kinds of insight about the area. A list inside of a few favorite places to go. Free Wi-fi, satellite TV, a super clean living area that had everything you would ever need in case you forgot it at home!She was always available for any questions, and it’s true- her brownies are the best!We look forward to our return.

Cozy, older squeeze but has basic necessities. Amazing cabinet in bath is a mini-general store. Appreciate blankets and pillows. Mostly clean, but numerous older cleaning supplies could be stored elsewhere. Smaller patio chairs inside could be more space efficient. Convenient location for us.

Everything went well. We really needed a zero hassle easy in and out, safe and quiet place to land for a few days while preparing for the next leg of our trip. Dee is a great host and we enjoyed meeting her and staying with her was just what we needed. Thanks Dee!

Stayed 3 nights over Thanksgiving. It is basically a bedroom and bath. All we needed on this trip. It is right off I-5 about 25 min north of SAN airport. Hostess was very accommodating.

I stayed at this property for 5 weeks for both business and to attend social events. Dee is an amazing host. The room is cozy, the bed very comfortable, the sheets were wonderfully silky and the towels were fluffy. The neighborhood was quiet with great restaurants and walking trails nearby. This is a hidden gem for those that enjoy the beach and for digital nomads. Highly recommend.

Dee is an incredible host. She is friendly, provides lots of information and truly wants to assist you in having a wonderful stay. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. You can walk through the neighborhood to many walking trails. The beach is really not that far away either.. Wonderful place to work and play.

This was a very comfortable and convenient location. I was visiting my daughter so it was great to be able to come and go with ease.

Great location, nice shower, thoughtful amenities (plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc), had everything we needed for a 4 day trip. Dee is wonderful and very responsive, would love to stay here again!

We loved the patio, the large bathroom and comfortable bed. Dee communicated with us daily via text, we never met or saw her in person. The room is very private. We didn't even close the blinds. Close to everything Encinitas and San Diego has to offer! Don't miss the the botanical gardens! They are amazing. Many cafes on 101! It was lively and very close.
