Vermont life at Hill Top Gardens

Wonderful place to stay! We had a great time. Gorgeous well-maintained property. We stayed here with a family of 9 ranging in ages from 15 to 82 years old. The beds were comfortable, the house is clean and charming. The host is kind and accommodating. And the view from the front patio is absolutely stunning.

Our family loved the house and property. Sunsets from the porch facing south toward Mt. Ascutney, many options to sit outside covered and uncovered, and a comfortable and clean home - not just a house. Well equipped for all our needs. While the location feels like the countryside, it is close to lots of things, including small cities and towns, recreation, and historic sites. Host was also super nice even though we didn’t need or want anything during our stay.

Beautiful setting - views; gardens; with several porches to enjoy. House is very comfortable and well outfitted. Lovely stay!

Our experience was outstanding in every regard. Accommodations were spacious and beautifully appointed. All essentials (towels etc) were in abundant supply. Our hostess was most pleasant and inquired periodically with us to make sure our needs were being met and also provided information on interesting activities in the area. One cannot leave Hilltop gardens without commenting on the view. The location of the house with its floral gardens sits upon a hillside with a spectacular vista of the Vermont countryside.I would heartily recommend Brianna’s lovely home to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation experience.Cam

My family of 8 rented this amazing home and property for my son's Dartmouth graduation (over a year in advance). I cannot even put into words the effect this place had on all of us. The photos do not do it justice as the house and acreage is more beautiful than I had anticipated. We arrived in the dark (Briana even had to jump in her car to try to find us!), and when we awoke to daylight and could fully see where we were, it was mesmerizing. The interiors were immaculate, the finishes just right and the wide-plank floors were the prettiest I have ever seen in person. We were more than comfortable, and thoroughly enjoyed the kitchen, dining room, den, and most importantly the front porch! At such a crazy hectic time, I made all the time I could to just sit out there and BE. Such peace and beauty - I'll never forget it. And the doe and her two fawns who crossed the property on a daily basis were icing on the cake. Briana and her family have done an amazing job with the house and property - the various gardens with lots of hosta around the exterior made us all very happy. She was most generous in communicating with us and was so very gracious with our questions (even a broken goblet or two -- so sorry!). We would LOVE to return some day! It was truly the most amazing home we've ever rented over many years!! Do not hesitate to book this property - do it now.

More than expected......beautiful well taken care of home.. 5 great bedrooms....Vermont charm plus.....our host was welcoming and warmly greeted us....she instantly responded any questions....beautiful views . Plenty of space to explore
