- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- The garage is not available for parking.
- 1 car allowed onsite.
- Guests should park parallel to the garage door at the back of the building.
- Additional parking is available across the street for a fee. Guests may have difficulty finding additional parking.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    Kitchen had 3 forks . Lights in the kitchen were dirty .... visible dirt on the globes. A lot of appliances but no directions on how to use themTV in living room we could turn on but couldn't change the channel or adjust the volume which was very loud . We used our phones and blue toothed to get a channel It would be nice to have a notebook explaining the numerous electronics in the house . It took us a couple days to figure out the lights in the living room We never figured out the sauna The beds were great and comfortable! The proximity to the beach was great . It would have been nice to have some beach chairs to use

    The property was perfect for our Exec Team. Check-in was seemless, wi-fi access was perfect for multi users. Great location for afternoon walks and finding local restaurants nearby!

    We very much enjoyed our stay. The property is spacious and lovely with a contemporary feel plus a stunning art collection. The property was in immaculate condition overall and the atmosphere quiet and tranquil (despite proximity to the beach and boardwalk). Management was courteous and responsive.A few critical notes:First, the bed in one of the smaller bedrooms (west facing) had broken slats. As a result, the mattress sagged and was unusable. Second, a minor issue with the washer-dryer controls meant the unit was not fully functional. As a result, we washed only the most basic clothing items. Fixable details.More significant, a street person ensconced himself in the alcove at the rear of the property midway through our stay. After securing all rear entrances, we notified management and were told LAPD would be contacted. To our frustration, the situation remain unaddressed for the remainder of the stay. Severe housing pressures in Venice Beach and beyond come as no surprise. However, given the property location just steps from the beach and boardwalk, we urge management to engage private security so as to address any trespassing incidents that may arise in the future. That simple step would help resolve situations that could otherwise detract from a very positive experience.

    Amazing location in Venice- walkable to beach and close to nice restaurants/Abbot Kinney etc. House and amenities were perfect for a large family. Property managers were available and responsive to questions etc. Would highly recommend.

    What an awesome place. This place has all the amenities. Some additional instructions might be helpful, but the manager text us to see how everything was going so I had the opportunity to get more information as needed. Running the lights was the hardest thing just because I was unfamiliar with this particular house. The panels are key. The garage doors need another lock so you can truly secure everything, but no issues. Maybe a set of floorplans though with the multiple split levels it might be difficult. From the entry and living room to the spacious kitchen and dining to the great number of bedrooms and the roof terrace. What a lot of fun. Beach is perfect distance to get to. Some homeless populations could scare some but there were zero issues with them at the house. Wouldn't just let children wander, but no concerning behavior. Parking large vehicles is difficult, but not impossible. Garage use would be nice. Garage to house door needs to be rethought so that you can shut and lock the door. This was our home based and relaxing place for a four day Memorial Day weekend. Late checkout is worth it. Loads of stuff to do and much within walking or short drive distance. Our girls thought this place was great. We could have have stayed for a week or two no problem.

    We had a nice stay at the beautiful home. Lots of stairs but well worth it. Great location. We had no problems. In fact my wife loved the sheets and pillows in the master bedroom that she decided to buy the same brand.

    AvantStay is a great management company and all communication from the original booking through our entire stay was quick and thorough. They did everything possible to try to insure we were happy with the rental, so any minor issues were quickly resolved. The property is as shown in the photos, the location is great for access to the Venice Beach area and the views of the ocean from the rooftop deck were magnificent.
