Stayed May 11, 2022The property was very clean. Had all the amenities you will need. Beds were very comfortable. I really have nothing negative to say. Grocery store and Costco was in walking distance. Many restaurants also within walking distance. The host was super nice. Responded very fast to any questions we had. We are definitely planning on rebooking the property when my son graduates from law school.

Stayed Feb 16, 2020Beautiful home in the heart of Marina del Rey! House is as advertised with plenty of space and very clean. Kitchen was well-equipped, strong wireless signal, and new Roku TV. Owner was very responsive and easy to reach. Would recommend this home!

Stayed Dec 29, 2024House was an old house, typical for the area. Clean and well maintained. Beautiful garden with many flowers plus orange and lemon trees. Location near Marina Del Rey and the beaches was great. Groceries and restaurants near. Kitchen was well equipped and the patio with grill was great for cook outs. In the end of December the nights were cold and we needed to keep the heating on. Air heating was a bit noisy for us as we're more used to radiators.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024Comfortable beds, great showers, walkable to many stores and restaurrants, safe and quiet. Enjoyed the patio and fire. Susan jumped right on the one minor issue we had. great spot, can't wait to go back!

Stayed Jul 29, 2024Comfortable home with large rooms and all the amenities. Cute, private backyard with yard, lounge chairs, and mature trees (the one in the front is amazing!) Quiet, safe neighborhood which was so much fun to explore all the surrounding architecture and yards. Can walk all the way to Venice Beach - cute neighborhoods along the way and lots of dog-walkers out. Nice walking trail near the Marina. Great overall location, back house is a nice way to extend your space/great for guests who want some additional privacy. Personally loved that even in an older home both spaces offered AC.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024Great location for walking and for accessing southern California's attractions. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, living room and kitchen were great for cooking together, chatting and movie nights. The yard is delightful and would be great for hanging out when the evenings get warmer. Would definitely stay here again. I'm baffled though why the house is listed as 4 bedroom/2 bath. There are 3 bedrooms/2 baths with the option to use the additional guest house in the backyard. With the guest house (at an extra charge) there are 4 bedrooms/3 baths. We did use the guest house and found it to be comfortable and clean as well.
