Stayed Dec 31, 2023My husband & I spent Jan-Mar at this lovely home in a very nice, gated community with friendly neighbors. The location was good with easy access to I-75 and about a 10 minute drive to Venice Beach and approx. 20 minutes to Blind Pass Beach. Mike (the owner) is very nice and was extremely accommodating and always replied in a timely manner, which was very appreciated. We brought our own beach necessities out of habit, but Mike had plenty, good quality items available for our use. We loved our stay in this home the past 3 months and would definitely come stay again, if given the opportunity!!

Stayed Jan 1, 2023This is a good place to stay, but nothing special. I would stay here again just because of the location, and I was usually off property playing pickleball, croquet or doing other social events. We left the home much cleaner than when we arrived. Mike is a great host, and very attentive to most of our requests. If you are accustomed to using face wash cloths and hand towels, bring your own. Plenty of bath & beach towels.

Stayed Jan 1, 2022The home is practically new and immaculate and exactly as represented on VRBO. The community is excellent with a wonderful pool and workout facility which we used every day. The home is centrally located to Venice Beaches, downtown Venice and several golf courses. Mike and Karen are excellent hosts and are extremely attentive to their guests to insure they have a smooth and enjoyable trip. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Stayed Dec 30, 2019We loved the home, neighborhood and close proximity to everything we wanted. Very quiet place with friendly neighbors. Nice small gym and pool just a short walk away. Loved sitting in the lanai and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Just an awesome getaway. Very comfortable home. The owner is super easy to contact. With covid 19 he offered us a super deal that we unfortunately couldn’t accept. If I hadn’t found a beachfront place for next season I would have definitely booked his place again. Enjoyed Venice Beach and Nokomis Beach. Very short drive away!
