You have a water bus stop just at 50 meters from the apartment, very convenient if you arrive from the airport or if you decide to take a tour to Murano or Burano.
If you like walking you can reach the Rialto Bridge with a 20-minute walk and then continue your visit to San Marco Square.

Stayed Jan 2, 2026Good and clear communication for check-in. The apartment was comfortable, clean and very welcoming. The location was great for water taxi access and very walk able to the sites of Venice. The walk in shower was great with lots of space compared to other showers on our trip.

Stayed Nov 28, 2025Our host and stay was fantastic! The communication was exceptional making our trip less stressful as we got stuck in a rail strike making our way there from Florence. The apartment was clean, and ready early for us! The location was great! Cannaregio was a great neighborhood (awesome restaurants and lively bars) and close to the S. Alvise water taxi stop. This made traveling to Murano easy and your a 10 minute walk to a Vaporetto that can get you anywhere! Super fun and highly recommend! Venice is amazing!!!!!

Stayed May 3, 2025We loved the quiet yet close accommodations. Their accommodations were very thoughtful and complete. It was close to the vaporetto stop which made Venice, Guidecca, Murano, Turano and more, very accessible. We would stay again!

Stayed Aug 5, 2024We arrived by water bus and it was a short walk to the apartment. The apartment was clean and well kept. It is located in a quiet part of Venice. We tried to be respectful of the neighbors. Our host was very helpful with any questions we had. Check in and check out was easy. We would highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 31, 2023This apartment offered my family of 5 a great rest at the end of 10hr days of walking. We pack light... the space was big enough for us. The apartment was proper and clean when we arrived, and our host was friendly and very accommodating! The apartment has good AC - respite in hot summer months!. This location is off the beaten track - you're in a legit neighborhood with a park (yes, greenspace in Venice!) and the local comunity center. A grocery store is not a far walk. There is also a hub of very nice but more modest eateries nearby that regular people might eat at and hope to afford. We tried several, all were great. If you are fit and like walking, this is the place for you... right at the edge of Venice.

Stayed Jul 21, 2023It is exactly as shown. A bit of a walk to all attractions, however it is very close to water bus. I would recommend a day pass to get around on it. Clean, comfortable, and I would recommend. One note was there were small kids above and they were quit noisy early in the morning as they were getting ready for school.
