Stayed Jul 8, 2022Samantha and her niece were wonderful to work with. She kindly arranged for a water taxi that dropped us off just feet from her place. Her husband carried our bags up a steep flight of stairs as well. Check in was so easy- far exceeding any other trips throughout Italy. Place was lovely and old style with comfortable beds and air conditioner in each bedroom. Centrally located and just ten minute walk to all tourist areas. Would Definately recommend. Only issues were construction going on at time of stay but did not disturb us, just meant windows blocked so no sunlight came in…. However made it very dark providing for excellent sleep. Also tv and one sink broken but they submitted a repair request as soon as we informed them, although could not be rectified during our short stay since weekend but very responsive to texts and trying to get repaired. Definately recommend and would stay if come back to Venice in future. 5 stars!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Absolutely wonderful property; very comfortable and well appointed with everything one could ask for and lived up to our expectations. Very central and near to all the famous sites. Extremely helpful host who organised transportation to and from Airport. We were met at water's edge on arrival and guided to the apartment and all happened like clock-work. Went we arrived there was a welcoming bottle of wine awaiting us! No hesitation in recommending this property and would rent again if I am lucky enough to revisit this wonderful city.
