Maria and Carlo are great with communication and with helping to get transportation and recommendations. A very comfortable stay, with top notch hosts. Highly recommended.

Stayed Aug 14, 2024We stayed for 2 nights. The hosts were great - they set up water taxi's for us and had a bunch of dinner recommendations. They met us at the house to go over a bunch of information about the apartment. It's a great location - very walkable to many spots that are worth visiting!

Stayed Jul 11, 2024We loved that Carlo met us at the train station as it was our first time visiting Venice. He and Maria arranged a private water taxi. Carlo then brought us to the house and told us great places to go and see. After that he gave us a mini tour of the area. The house was clean, comfortable and everything pictured. It was so nice to have air conditioning after the hot summer days. Restaurants, shops and sites are all close. We would stay here again 100%.

Stayed May 18, 2024First of all, the hosts were incredible. They scheduled a water taxi twice for us - once from the train station to the property and once at the end from the property to the airport. We were unexpectedly greeted at the train station by our host who kindly helped us navigate the water taxi and escorted us to the property. He then spent many minutes explaining the city and marked special places on a map. These acts of kindness made our trip so much easier, as it was our first time visiting the city. The property itself was very spacious and had the necessary amenities. The windows were very charming with shutters you could open and close for extra privacy. The location was terrific - within a 10-15 minute walk to all the main attractions. Thanks for a wonderful visit to Venice!
