VB Townhouse 2BR • Pet‑Friendly • Short Walk to Beach & Boardwalk (406B)

This is one of the nicest rentals we've stayed in, and the location is superb. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower in the smaller bathroom upstairs is one of the best I've ever experienced. Everything one could need is provided, and the place is very neat and tidy. The bare floors on the lower level could have used a more thorough damp mopping, but otherwise the townhouse was clean and spotless. Having the use of the small attached garage was a big plus. We would definitely rent here again.

Great location, in walking distance of the beach, restaurants and activities. This was our second stay in this complex over the last two years. Always clean with all the amenities.

This town house is very nice and located very close to the beach. The only reason I would not recommend staying here is the parking. The positives: (1) large rooms and bathrooms, (2) comfortable beds, (3) close to the beach, (4) close to resturants and breweries. The negatives: (1) The only parking is a one car garage that is very small. There are 4 other spots for all the other units to share. All 4 were always taken during our stay. We have a mid size suv and scratched the side trying to get in the garage. There are battle scars from other vechicles. (2) The neighborhood is noisey. Lots of motorcycles at night, ambulences, police cars. I sleep with noise canceling headphones, so it did not bother me much, but my husband had a hard time sleeping.

Had a great stay very close to the beach and walking distance to all restaurants shops! Place was clean very spacious. Love that it had a garage plus additional parking space on the back.

Property was as listed, very clean and incredibly close to the beach. We easily walked to and from multiple times a day. Close to grocery store and middle of boardwalk as well. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was great and fit our needs, very convenient to the beach. My only recommendation is some attention to the door lock which gave us difficulty.

Property is clean, seemingly renovated as the perfect rental with all details. There is only one tv and I utilized my own streaming as cable was not there. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. The secondary bedroom has a quaint porch with two rocking chairs so honestly tv wasn’t really missed. A short walk to the beach, I will return to this rental again . Parking is limited however there is a parking garage near and the owner does provide all details for you. Great experience.

Short walk to beach but far enough away to avoid the crowds.Unit was well equipped and clean.There should be a sheet on how to access the TV as it was not obvious.The staircase to second floor is steep with 16 steps.

I stayed for two months. I have three adult children and their families in the area and wanted to spend the holidays with all of them. This was a good location for all of us to get together at least one day a week and for me to have a place of my own to enjoy.

Exactly as advertised - everything worked, supplies were plentiful, everything was clean, location was very convenient.

Wonderful place and the pictures are accurate. Short walk to the beach and close to 22nd street for easy access. We will certainly return and stay here again.

The property is very conveniently located for going to the beach or visiting some amazing restaurants. Everything you want to do is within walking distance. The townhouse was very clean and was perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed sitting outside in the little garden area with our morning coffee or evening cocktails! I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

This townhouse was the perfect home base for a beach vacation. The place was perfectly clean and on our visit (a week after Labor Day) it was very quiet. The bedrooms were comfortable and amenities like the laundry machines, one-car garage, and second floor balcony made our stay convenient and enjoyable. Communication with the management was easy. We rented a crib and other gear from their BabyQuip partner and everything was set up and waiting for us when we arrived. I would gladly stay at this house or another property with the same management again.

Great place, great location! Just a few blocks from the beach. I just didn’t realize how loud the area is. The jets flying all day got to be really annoying.

Very nice townhouse. A bit further to beach than I’d like but a straight four block walk to the boardwalk. Parking is challenging (the garage might hold a golf cart or a small car but wouldn’t hold a midsize SUV)

We had a truly enjoyable stay. Property is in a good location and a very short easy walk to the beach. I would never hesitate to stay at another property managed by the same group.

Great location, just a couple blocks from the beach. Also, within 3 miles of Trader Joe’s, Target, Walmart etc. The house is pretty and we had everything we needed. One of the rooms is big enough to add a queen sized air mattress, our son preferred to sleep in the same room as us. Both rooms have nice bathrooms!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your townhome. The location of the property was just what we needed. Here’s a few things we found that should be changed : 1: bathroom cleanliness: bathrooms were not cleaned. We usually reclean/ sanitize before staying. There was still a dirt ring around the master tub. Really gross 2: the garage smells like cat pee for some reason. Please consider cleaning ways to remove the smell. 3: no screens on the windows allows for bugs in the home. 4; outside of the home needs to be power washed 5: dirty fridge and coffee maker. 6: open cracks along the front and back door that allows knots, mosquito’s, and flies in heavy volumes to enter the home. Had to purchase stick traps for the power outlets

I was in Virginia Beach for the wedding of my daughter. We loved this property. The property was clean, well furnished and in a great location. I would definitely stay there again.
