Stayed Mar 2, 2023Really nice property. Plenty of supplies. Nice big two bedroom with an office, nice size living room and modern kitchen. Candace had fresh flowers on the kitchen counter and bottles of water available and plenty of coffee pods (strangely no sweeteners however). There is a convenience store and a gas station a three minute walk from the property. Very difficult to find the property at night but once you know where to go it is easy to spot. It is the only property on a private dirt road tucked behind a small housing complex. Located just a couple miles from the Clemson campus. I wasn't thrilled with having to purchase $5K in property damage insurance but the price of the home was reasonable enough that this extra cost doesn't kill the pocket book. Also, wasn't thrilled with having to strip all linens and towels and starting a wash and worry about the garbage before checking out especially because there is a very early check-out (10:00 a.m.) and already being charged a decent fee for the clean-up. All said, I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future. My suggestion is that the owner either make the check-out time a bit later or do away with having to start the laundry before checking-out. Candace was pleasant and very easy to deal with.

Stayed Mar 9, 2023We were in town for a horse show. It was so nice to stay in a clean, cozy home vs. a hotel for the weekend. Late nights and early mornings with horse shows is exhausting. Knowing that we had the perfect hideaway home to relax was the very best! We will be back for sure!
