Vacation Serenity In A Quiet Neighborhood

Lovely, latge house with good parking. Very nice area, quiet and close to both beach and bay. Well equiped kitchen, and plenty of beach equipment to use. A great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location and property

I highly recommend this property for your stay in the south end of Wrightsville beach. The house was clean and located very close to 2 different beach public access points. Nancy was very responsive to messages and even provided us with links to a variety of local things we needed for my elderly father. The porch with the rocking chairs is where we spent the majority of our time. The neighborhood is quiet and there isn't a lot of traffic. The house has all the appliances you need for your stay and the shed has all the beach chairs and boogie boards you need! I would stay here again.

Family Friendly

The property definitely needed some upgrading on the outside, paint etc. i had a major safety concern for railing at back door. A child could definitely fall easily from there. We kept that door locked most of the time. Everything we needed was at the house. The book described where to put laundry differently than the listing, this concerned the yellow bag. Child’s room was well equipped. My granddaughter loved that. I loved the steamer pan

We loved our stay on this quiet end of the island. Access is very close, and the house had everything we could need. Perfect week!

Great stay and location.

The property is nice and in a good location. This was our second year in a row staying here and we had hoped to continue staying here. Unfortunately, after taking our reservation for next year, Nancy cancelled it because her niece wanted the week we booked. While it is a year out, it is very difficult to find good property in this area of Wrightsville beach, so it really puts us in a bind now.

Nancy's beach house had everything a family could possibly need for a fun and relaxing beach week. The kitchen was well stocked, the beach gear was organized and ready to go, and Nancy was extremely responsive when we had questions. The house is an older beach cottage, but it's very clean and well maintained. Thank you Nancy for an old-fashioned, peaceful beach week with our loved ones.

Clean, cosy, and cool. Short walk to beach access. We will definitely return.
