Vacation Rental Property on Keuka Lake

View was great. House was very clean.The cottage by the beach left a lot to be desired - shouldn't be listed as additional living space.Light in dining area needs attention. It kept fading in and out.

Great location and beautiful lake views. Over all disappointed with cleanliness as everyone’s feet were black after walking around on floors. Main level was nice everything else is very old and outdated. Extension cords everywhere with multiple cords plugged in causing lights to short out. Only 1 tv in this whole property. I manage 350 rental units and this would definitely not pass code where I am we hold much higher standards where we rent properties!

The place was great. We utilize the multiple living areas and my wife and I really enjoyed staying at the Little cottage downstairs by the water. The little and big kids all had a great time enjoyed swimming and fishing and just playing on the expansive landing.

We just returned from our vacation and had a nice time. The house easily accommodated our family 6 adults and 2 children ages 1 & 2. Baby gates provided were greatly appreciated. We enjoyed the view of the lake and again owner provided us with wood for a bonfire to get started which was appreciated. Beach house was cute and an additional sleeping/living space. The 45 steps down to the beach were challenging but we managed. Nice time had by all!

Ages 2 to 64, we all had a lovely time! Book was very communicative and helpful. The waterfront is spacious and flat with a great beach, fire pit and dock and we spent so much time enjoying that! Although none of us had any issues with it, would not recommend for anyone who would have trouble managing the 40 plus stairs from the house to the waterfront. However, the local marina was more than happy to accommodate us if we needed to pick up an elderly family member by boat. Also recommend this marina for trailering. For a reasonable fee, we dropped our boat off and they safely trailered it for our trip home. The living spaces are large and inviting and the bedrooms were comfortable. We had everything we needed, the neighborhood was peaceful and so pleasant for walking. The cottage by the water is adorable. Loved the morning sunrise and evening moonrise. Convenient to Penn Yan and surrounds. Precious family memories made on the Bluff, thank you to Book and Rose!

Our multi generational family enjoyed our stay! The different sleeping areas and the multiple kitchens were great! The lake front was perfect. The stairs to the beach were much longer than I understood when I booked the lake house but they were very sturdy and my husband was able to go down to the lake.

The location is excellent...right next to the marina, a huge waterfront suitable for our party of 14 to play, lounge, fish, boat, etc...house was comfortable, AC, loved the screened in porches! And well stocked! Having the beach house at water level was a huge plus. BR, bathroom, and refrigerator so we didn't have to go up the 45 stairs very often during the day! Quiet road, and laundry made it a great week. Neighbor was pleasant and friendly, greeted by owner friend when we arrived. House is being updated still, but plenty comfortable! Having all sheets, towels, etc. provided was so helpful! Only issues: 2 of the 4 burners didn't work on stovetop and if elderly, stairs to waterfront would be difficult

It was our fourth year at this destination, and we have already booked next year’s vacation. The owner, John, is friendly and accommodating. The bungalow by the water is ideal, with toilet facilities, a kitchenette for storing cold drinks, and an extra bedroom for overnight guests. This year the owners added window Air conditioning units to the three bedrooms on the main level and a new, large, comfortable sofa in the living room, which was wonderful for our large crowd.

Great location, lots of room to enjoy the lake. Nothing better than morning coffee on the porch, watching the sun rise on the lake!

This property is great, with beautiful views from various decks and screened in porches. Two big yards for kids to run around and a great dock and fire pit! The house includes anything you would need...including spare batteries, extension cords and any kitchen appliance you could ask for. Located in a beautiful neighborhood with very friendly folks, close to Penn Yann for any groceries and dinners out, plus wineries, breweries and distilleries!!!

We had a great stay, house has a great location, wonderful view and access to lake, very short walk to rent a boat, and John was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Lovely location in the wonderful Finger Lakes region of New York. Everyone enjoyed their time here at Lake Keuka.

The place was perfect for all ages from 3 to 84. The only obstacle we had to overcome was the steps to the beach for my father in law (84 with mobility issues), however there is a marina just a few doors down that happily allowed us to drive him down to the water and put him on the boat and take him over to the beach at the house. The fishing was awesome! Great communication with the host and the owner. Everyone one enjoyed our stay and we would most definitely rent it again!

The house was perfectly located just outside of town. Right on the lake with a nice yard and dock. The boat house was very nice to have extra drinks and a bathroom close as we hung out at the lake. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful girls trip!

We had a wonderful stay with plenty of room. Wish we had more time to spend!

Had a wonderful family vacation at the lake. We made use of the whole house and there was plenty of room. Especially emjoy the beach house for making lunches and the half bath!! Communication with John was great and he replied almost immediately to all my many questions.

The property was very homey and super clean. The use of space was incredible and the lakefront - spectacular. We had an amazing time even in the rain! Would definitely rent again!

This is the third year we’ve stayed here and have already booked for next year. Michael met us Saturday and immediately took care of an issue that made our stay pleasant. Although dated, it is a comfortable space.The best aspect of the property is the fact that it sleeps nine comfortably, with space for two extra in the bungalow. The bungalow provides a fridge and toilet facilities beach side. The swimming area is large enough for all, including flotation devices.

We had a great time plenty of room, beautiful view of the lake, one down fall the apartment down stairs oven did not work when we arrived, when I turned it on it started beeping and gave a code of F7, wich I looked up and said it was the panel board, and there was a few black ants in the upstairs kitchen, but that was no biggy, we had a great time!!
