Vacation Launch Pad - Great for Groups!

Everything about this house exceeded our expectations. The lower level allowed the grandchildren to have their own space to be themselves. The backyard was perfect for the dog to hang out. Garage parking allowed us to pack up the car out of the rain. Bring your own spices if you plan on cooking but the kitchen is well stocked with anything else you may need. The host was super-fast in responding to our questions.

The home was clean and very spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and calm which is nice for traveling with a baby. Would stay again.

Great place. Attentive people for support. Shout out to Justin for jumping on issues. Plenty of room but ability to use stairs to basement are needed as most family areas other than half bedrooms and dining are downstairs. Would recommend and would use this place again.

Our family of four adults felt completely comfortable during our 5 night stay. Extremely well furnished and maintained home. Nicely decorated without being cluttered or knickknacky. Super clean. So nice to have a separate bedroom for everyone and 3 full baths. The heating/cooling system worked great - so as the weather changed we were just right. The neighborhood was great - and just a couple of blocks from grocery, restaurants, etc. The host was very responsive when we had a question and made us feel so welcome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This Vrbo was well stocked and all sleeping areas were very comfortable. The hottub was a selling point and we used it several times. We extended our stay two nights and the host manager was very accomodating.

This is probably one of the nicest rentals I have stayed at. The home was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was equipped almost as well as my own kitchen! Really appreciate the coffee supplies what make for a nice morning after arrival. All the details were thought of and I will definitely stay again if the need arises. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The location was very quiet.

GREAT LOCATION for all things Denver! You’re close to good walking, not far from downtown, short drive to the mountains, and under 20 min to Red Rocks. The spa hot tub was amazing on the chilly fall days! The unit itself is clean and has the necessary kitchen utensils/cookware that you’d need. The beds themselves were comfy and home had plenty of space. The fenced in yard was perfect for dogs. This unit seems specific for short-term rentals, so if you have specific body soap or shampoo/conditioner, recommend bringing your own (which I do anyway). We would stay again!

The house was very clean, the host responded quickly, the kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub was amazing and very easy to use, ready and waiting at 102*.

Was very clean. Owners communication with us was excellent. It was wonderful that he had all the drawers labeled in the kitchen. Hot tub and back porch was very well maintained. They had cornhole and lots of games for us to play with. Beds were extremely comfortable and sheets were very soft. Plenty of towels for us to use. It was also wonderful to have so many food places and things to do close by. The place made it perfect for birthday celebrations and other activities we did.
