Stayed Jul 15, 2022This was an amazing stay! The location is great, very private, right across the street from Boyne Mountain and 10 minutes from downtown. The place was very clean and had everything we needed - the hosts even went above and beyond by providing things like coffee and popcorn. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jan 17, 2020The cabin was clean and well stocked. Unfortunately, we had driven a full size, rear wheel drive van, so we were not able to make it up the snow/ice covered road the property. A kind neighbor at the bottom of the hill let us park there, and we hiked the rest of the way. Not the owners fault, just a FYI to drive a 4-wheel drive if going in the winter. One other tip, there is a Kureg, not a regular coffee maker, so pack along k-cups.

Stayed Dec 30, 2019We rented this cute little place over the holiday season. When we got there on Monday night the power was out, which is no fault of the property managers. When we called to let them know they told us it would be on in a couple of hours and that we could use the fire place. There was no wood to be found. We had to drive back down and buy $40 worth of wood to keep us warm through the night. The next day we were told they would bring a generator and what we got was a flash light. The power did finally come on 15 hours from the time we checked in. There was still trash outside the front door, the hot tub smelled like rotten eggs, which we were told to put some chemicals in it ourselves, which meant we could not use it for a couple of days. They said there would be red garbage bag to put trash in which there was none. Over all the place was cute, the management team needs to get on it a little bit.
