The house had the perfect amount of space with beds and bathrooms for 4 finicky teenagers and 4 adults. It was conveniently located within 5-15 min from all other family members so we could gather at the local places.

This is the PERFECT home for our family of 6 and our four legged family member. This is our second year staying here and we will be back in 2026.There are two queen beds in each of the three bedrooms along with individual bathrooms. When you have 3 grown boys who need their own bed and space, it is the perfect home!We utilized the Margaritaville Pool, Landshark Bar & Grill and the marina to bring in our boat rental. Perfect place for a memorable week with our family!The owner is fantastic to work with and easy to reach. Really appreciate her.

We have been going to Tan-tar-a resort for 25 years and have stayed in many houses. This house was great because the main living area is on the first floor with no steep steps leading up to it like some of the other houses. The living area was nice and open with a large table perfect for playing games. The sofas and recliners were extremely comfortable. The house was nice and cool and even had portable fans in each of the closets. Beds were comfortable too. Great communication with host and the place was perfect for taking our French bulldog along! We rented golf carts to drive throughout the resort, highly recommend. Fun times!

We absolutely loved the property. The whole layout of the home. So spacious. Loved seeing the deer every morning, day and night. This is definitely a place we will stay at AGAIN!! Thank you for the memories and your lovely home!!

This property was everything we needed for our family of 9, 3 generations ranging in age from 1 to 67. We travel to Margaritaville every summer and take full advantage of everything the area has to offer. This home has a cabin in the woods feel, but we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, very nice home with plenty of space. The host was always very quick to respond to any questions. Just a few suggestions; Screened deck sliding door we couldn’t get to lock. Shower drains don’t drain well and the fixtures were difficult to turn on and off. My brother mentioned his air conditioner in the right bedroom from the stairs didn’t work. But our overall stay was very enjoyable and the accommodations were great other than what I mentioned. Thank you so much.

It was a great house for three couples to get together and have a great time!

Stayed 4 nights and plan to come back. All 6 of our golfers would recommend this property.

This is my 4th time staying within the Tan Tar A Estates at Margarataville, and first time at this house. We love the location, and the house suited our needs. Could use some updates, but overall worked for our family vacation with 2 pre-teens and 2 teenagers.
