Vacation Delight-Two blocks from boat launch, park, beach and popular Newman St.

The house is very roomy and completely stocked with everything you need to start your stay. The beds were very comfortable and everything was provided. When I contacted the host with a question, she answered quickly and was very accommodating.

Excellent location with easy access to downtown. The home was very spacious and well-appointed, with thoughtful extras such as snacks and travel-size toiletries. The host was highly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We look forward to returning.

Great place to stay, nice and close to downtown East Tawas. We especially like the ranch style layout. Weather was cool so the lack of central air was not an issue. Look forward to visiting again.

Very clean and cannot beat the location! 2 blocks to beach and 2 blocks to downtown shopping, restaurants and ice cream! Check in was done before we arrived and were able to get right into property. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of supplies in both kitchen and bathrooms. Truly was zero need to bring the extras! My son forgot his toothbrush but when we arrived this property had wrapped new toothbrushes with toothpaste in the bathrooms waiting! Little things like this is what made this stay great! Property manager was very responsive. A/C went out second night and it was a little hot but the very next morning before 7:30 we had 3 window units going they had brought in until an HVAC company could get there. House was cooled down quickly. Very nice property and might not be on the water but really can’t beat the location!

This house was definitely one to stay at. It was very roomy and had everything you could ever need from bathroom items to kitchen items. It was perfect. My family could not say enough about it. The owner was very pleasant and very quick to respond. We will definitely be staying here again if need be!

This was our 2nd year staying at this beautiful house. Very clean, had few groceries in the fridge, hostesses were very friendly, close to town, house had everything we needed. Will be staying up there again next year.

The location is convenient, the house is always so clean and well-maintained and the host is always so friendly, gracious, and willing to help with anything we need. What a great place to stay. 2 coworkers and I stayed there for business. What a great location. We felt safe and secure. This location had two tables for us to work and eat from. I had Great communication with Ida. quick to respond and so friendly. I have never been to a Verbo that had so many staples at the house for you including all the different appliances, Coffee, creamer, seasonings, snacks, trash bags, I could go on for 30 minutes about all the extras. What a great location and convenient to downtown. Walking distance to everything. (during our stay was cold outside so we did not walk but would have if it was warmer) We will be back to stay again. Just bring your clothes because you want need anything else! The property owners have every single thing you could ever need. Clean, spacious, and walking distance to town. Very responsive too!

The property was very spacious and very clean! A lot of special touches were provided. Everyone had space to hang out but also rooms large enough to come together. close by the River Scenic Road, beautiful fall colors to see overlooking the Ausable River. Also, 2 blocks from train tracks that go thru town. Grandsons loved it! Close to beaches which would be great for a summer vacation. We will be back. Thank you for a great stay!

The property was very clean and spacious. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. The host even provided milk, bread, and bottled water. We loved it there and will definitely stay again.

Rented many homes and this was the best one we ever stayed at. The house was very clean, had everything you can possibly want. There was even a few groceries and water in the refrigerator for us. The host was very pleasant and checked up on us to make sure everything was okay. Just walking distance to town . We will definitely be coming back for next year.

We stayed in mid-August. The house is located about 5 blocks from downtown East Tawas and the marina/beach—an easy walk. The house is very clean, and very well-appointed. Plenty of cookware, cutlery, etc. They supply some snacks, a loaf of bread, eggs, milk, and water bottles. Each bedroom has a tv and Roku. Two living spaces. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We accidentally left an item, which they notified us about and sent it by mail back to us. We are definitely going to be staying here again! Thank you!!

We had a great time staying here with our adult children for a family wedding in town. The location was walkable to downtown and the water.

Booked this house for my husband and his buddies golf weekend and they had a great time. Good location close to town. The house was nice, very clean and fully stocked. Great getaway with friends.
