The house was great - the new pool house was an excellent additional feature. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. Gregg was great to deal with and very responsive.

Beautiful private lot walk to beach and town. Owner constantly adding amenities including a new pool house.

My family had the most amazing long weekend together in this beautiful home! The house, amenities, location, pool and pool house... were all beyond our expectations. We are planning to stay again next time we visit Southampton. Thank you hosts so very much!

Gregg is a welcoming and very attentive host. He was super responsive prior to and during our stay. The house is extremely well stocked with all that we needed for the stay. Unlike some other hosts, he is easy going and very thorough. There were no surprises and everything was as advertised. The little details mattered - he was there at check in, double checking the cleaning crews work and to give us a tour of the home. We look forward to being back at Gregg’s especially with the addition of the new pool house.

wow - everything was fantastic, starting from the booking and adding multiple nights. Greg was a wonderful host and easy to reach for questions, great local recs, I can not wait to come back!!
