Urchin Beach Cottage

House was very close to foreshore and town centre, very clean and comfortable stay, will definitely stay again.

Pictures online don’t do this place justice. Perfect family home away from home. Nice little back yard for the pup. Would stay again. Had everything we needed

Less than 5min drive to Esperance town centre, or a 20/25min walk. Spacious house, with all that you need. Sean was really quick and helpful with all queries.

Urchin cottage is a perfect stay with or without pets. A couple of hundred metres to the dog beach, supermarket same distance in the opposite direction. The house was comfortable with good beds and good linen and plenty of extra blankets. Fully equiped kitchen a bbq out the back with a large table and seating. One bathroom but the toilet is seperate so very workable.Host was great super responsive and easy to deal with.

We really enjoyed staying here and felt very comfortable. Our only problem was the blinds in one bedroom not working and the quilt on the QS bed was a bit small.

Good location, close to beach, and walking trail, good wifi. Comfy house with all we needed.

Lovely big cottage with all the amenities a family needs, warm and clean, fully enclosed pet friendly sheltered yard. Bigger and more inclusions than I expected! Walking distance to shops and beach. Good communication from manager. Very good value.

The dogs loved the beach and I love seeing them run. Great place to relax and very convenient to everything.

The cottage suited our needs and in a great location. The beds were comfy with nice linen. Felt the cleaner could have done a better job. The timber venetian blinds need attention and the bedside table in the 2nd bedroom needed to be cleaned, as with the windows also the door to the back porch. Neat and clean with all amenities. There is no power-point in the bathroom, though, which meant that hair-drying had to be done in the bedroom, which is not ideal.

From the moment we walked in the door we felt at home. A very comfortable house for all 5 of us (ages 11 yrs to 71 yrs) Would love to stay longer next time

Urchin Cottage provided the the perfect stay for us with our dogs. There is a good sized enclosed garden and the house was very comfortable and well located to explore Esperance and surrounding area.

Clean and tidy cottage with plenty of space. Easy walking distance to the beach and even into town if you don't mind a walk. Is a pet friendly property that is very secure. Had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again

Lovely place to stay. Not far from everything.

Good location and nice house however it does need some maintenance. The hot and cold taps in the shower and bath are the opposite (cold tap is actually hot) so I nearly burnt myself with that, the power socket for the microwave hangs loose from the wall so that needs fixing otherwise is great. Could use a little modernisation with some wifi but otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a beautiful relaxing 7 nights here and could easily have stayed longer. The cottage had everything you could need and more. It is in a great location close to everything and is nice and quiet, you can hear the ocean from the back of the house. It was in easy walking distance to a dog friendly beach. We never take for granted being able to stay somewhere so fabulous with our fur babies, thank you so much.

Urchin Cottage was a comfortable and spacious accommodation close to most things you would want to visit in Esperance. It was very clean upon arrival, with fresh linen for all of us. A short drive from the town centre, with a beach and an IGA a short walk away. Sean and Sharon were easy to contact and dealt with a minor issue promptly. We had a very relaxed stay, it was just what we needed!

Well where to start Long list of things to do (clean up, to do and don’t do, small milk carton of milk, take sheets off bed) Dust on window slates, mould in bathroom, toilet moves, a/c doesn’t work, kitchen window won’t close. Would not recommend or would not stay here again. Cushions are flat as. No wifi, no toiletries had to buy our own.

Well set up and it was a good location for the main part of Esperance (and Parkrun!).
