Urban Sophistication, Tropical Vibes, Hot Tub, Close to Beach! Clean!

Great home for a family or multiple couples. We had an issue with the hot tub and the host replied very quickly and the issue was resolved within hours. Hot tub was clean and very nice in the unseasonably below-freezing temperatures during our stay.

Traveling with young children can be tricky. This beautiful home offered cozy bedrooms, a fenced in family friendly back yard, and a safe neighborhood for walking. It was very convenient to have a pack n’play and high chair for baby too. My 6 year olds favorite amenity was definitely the bunk bed room with Pac Man game on the wall.

Everything was exactly as stated in description! Very clean, quiet location.. Zachary was excellent with communication. Short distance to a lot of things ( food, shopping etc..) Will definitely stay here again when visiting this area again!!!

Very neat. Well maintained. Colorful and interesting. Mostly clean. Several dead palmetto bugs around the place. These are common in this area.

We were here for UNCW move in and it was perfect. Clean and well decorated and great communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time away in Wilmington. The house was super cute, immaculate and accommodated all of our needs. We loved that there were kid centered activities and games to entertain our littles. Zachary, was super responsive and checked in to make sure we'd settled nicely. Good location

The location was perfect, close to UNCW, the beach, and downtown. We enjoyed the outdoor games when we hung out at the house. The hot tub was great in the evenings. Great place to stay for anyone who has students at UNCW.

If you are looking for a place in the middle of all the action but also located in a quiet neighborhood, this is the place. This is literally 15 minutes from the beach and the same for exploring the historic downtown area. Home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Large enough to have family with you but still cozy enough to feel like it was your own home. Host was very attentive to our questions or requests. Would stay here again if in the area. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy this home for our son’s first ever Spring Break, he absolutely loved it and so did we.

Was very clean and had everything you would need.

We really liked the property. Above all, it is meticulously maintained and clean. The large, fenced in yard was great for our dog. My 12 year old son loves the fact that he could shoot hoops and my 14 year old son took full advantage of the hot tub. It is an easy drive to area parks and Wrightsville Beach. Highly recommend!!

Our family spent our Christmas vacation here and had the best and most relaxing time. The location is close to everything you need and in a great neighborhood. The house looks exactly like the pictures- clean, cozy, nicely decorated, and so many great amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, hammocks, patio area, grill, fireplace, pac-man machine, and the basketball hoop. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipt with everything you need and more. We can not wait to stay here again. The host is fantastic!

Our daughter graduated from UNCW in May and started her job as a nurse in the hospital working the night shift. Therefore, our family went to Wilmington this year for Thanksgiving to spend it with her. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Palms. My mother, husband, son, daughter, grand dog, and I found everything about the house to be cozy and comfortable. There was plenty of space for us all to sit around and watch TV/movies, cook, play games, and sleep. The backyard was a favorite for us as well. Loved that it was fenced in and outlined with string lights with a lot of seating options. The neighborhood was perfect for dog walking. Convenient location without having to be in the heart of Wilmington. We will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend!!!

This vrbo was just what we needed for our stay in Wilmington! We stayed with our 4 younger children and were so thankful to have a pack n play and high chair available. We also loved the hammocks in the back yard, as well as the location of the hot tub. Thank you for a wonderful house and stay!

We loved the house because it was clean, beautifully decorated, and lots of fun things to do. The girls loved the hot tub and hammocks. And even shot some hoops! The couch and chairs were very comfortable, and we loved the artistic touches throughout the house. The three bedrooms had comfortable beds, so we all slept well. The location is perfect for two reasons: it is on a quiet street in a nice residential neighborhood; and perfectly situated between the beach and the river. It was just minutes to both locations with all the shops and great restaurants. Look forward to staying here again.
