Built in 2023, this condo features an open, spacious floor plan with a large primary suite complete with an en-suite bath, dresser, and two closets.
The guest bedroom also offers ample storage with large closets and a dresser. Enjoy comfortable living and dining areas, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full-size in-unit washer and dryer.

Guests have access to the front lobby, elevators, stairs, condo, and private patio.

Currently only offering street parking. There is a car lift-system available if tenant wants to pay for calibration of their vehicle. Cost estimate is $250.

A 3% merchant service processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Airbnb handles all payment matters from bookings made on their platform.

The federal FHA and California FEHA recognize that service animals, unlike support animals, have established protections under ADA and CDPA. Service animals undergo a simpler verification process as they are trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities. Landlords can legally ask two questions regarding a service animal:

1. Does the person have a disability
2. What task is the animal trained to perform

If a disabled person cannot answer these questions, the animal may qualify as a support animal, prompting the housing provider to allow a reasonable accommodation request for it.
There is no on-site parking. All cars need to be parked on the public streets surrounding complex.

    This upcoming neighborhood is conveniently located within walking distance from downtown and easy access to the 101. Across the street is the SLO Co-op which provides all the grocery basics, and around the corner is Taste Eatery for a delicious and convenient meal.
