Excellent location, beautiful space. Responsive host. Great visit with our son. Bed a wee bit uncomfortable but minor. Also wish there was more closet space. Overall, would definitely stay again. Kal was great, friendly and very responsive. Awesome garage space (extra cost). Beautiful roof top and views, very private. Conveniently located to many wonderful restaurants, sporting events and sight seeing. Can’t wait to come back!!

We had a great time. House was clean. Check in and out was a breeze. Host was avaliable and responded quickly. House was only about a 20 bus ride to center city. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the property 3 long weekends in a row since I was helping a relative pack up for a move in the area. The location is a great spot in South Philly, perfect for what I needed as well as a great and unique place to stay. Was very comfortable, clean, and convenient to all that was needed. The host was very accommodating and was responsive to any questions I had while I was there and checked in to make sure all was going well. I will certainly plan to stay there again!

Was an awesome exp staying with Kal. Didn't even realize he was in the same building. Perfect distance from all the main attractions. Awesome big tv to stream the superbowl. Couldn't have asked for a better exp!

We enjoyed our stay! it was close to where my son just moved in Philly, so super convenient for us. The space is elegant and fun and the roof deck is a great place for coffee and views of the Philadelphia skyline. Nearby the Bok Center which is a vibrant arts community. Parking was a bit tricky, but worked out in the end.

Pros - The space - Private - Very clean - Everything is new and modern - Comfortable bed - Great roof and views - Location Cons - Not contactless; not for those truly looking for privacy or a non-interaction stay. - Unit has garage but is unusable to renter. - The home is shared with the host who will be living below you, using the same garage entrance. - Home has security cameras but if you accidentally close the ipad showcasing them, it requires in-person interaction with the host. Closing: Would have been 9/10 with no interaction for services. 10/10 if cheaper. This is a great home and you will enjoy your stay. Some just may be more particular than others. But host is extremely professional, and welcoming. Ultimately i would stay again, knowing what to have prepared.

The location is a sweet little hideaway inside of Philly. Easy access south to the sports stadiums or north to the Old City and other cultural sites. The host was easily reached and communicative which eased check in. The apartment was lovely and perfect for just the two of us. We would hands down stay here again.

I am usually a bit nervous about needing to stay in rentals by myself. I attended a conference that took place in the Bok Building (less than a block from this apartment) and had no car for the weekend so I needed a place that was very easy access and felt safe. This apartment is GORGEOUS! I live in a small, rural town but love to really experience the city when I visit cities... my favorite thing about this apartment were the city views, especially from the enormous wall-length window in the living room. I LOVED that it let in the warm city glow at night. For me, that helped me feel comforted enough to sleep soundly even with all the lights off in the apartment (ya, I'm usually a scaredy cat ; ). The full kitchen, comfortable living area, super comfy bed, 1.5 baths, and 2 desks really helped me feel at home while also getting lots of work done. The stairs up to the apartment, stairs to the loft and stairs to the outdoor rooftop porch might be a lot for some folks. I personally loved it! Again, added to the homey feel for me. The host (Kal) was easy to communicate with and very responsive, even checked in on me once during the weekend just to see if I needed anything. Very kind. Also, there is so much cool stuff going on in the Bok building! So, if you're in Philly just for a good time, I highly recommend checking out the shops and restaurants there! Thanks for a lovely weekend! I will not hesitate to book again!
