And a couple more blocks and you can take a photo with Rocky at the steps of the Philadelphia Art Museum. When you need a break from the sights, and fine dining relax with a modern kitchen and a quiet back yard. Just 50 feet to large city parking lot.<

Stayed Mar 16, 2023My friend and family had an awesome stay at this large home for a weekend exploring Philadelphia. The house was large, had a backyard, spacious, plenty of beds, large TVs, big entertainment room, and best of all the roof deck with a large hottub overlooking the city (always awesome to come back to after a long day out). Host Cory was always quick to respond and helpful/accommodating. Would absolutely stay again.

Stayed Feb 24, 2023Wonderful location and great parking. You can get around the city very quickly and super safe neighborhood. The house was massive and we all has great sleeping space. Great stay and highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 21, 2022My group and I had such a great experience renting this property! The house was so clean and well-kept when we arrived. Cory was super nice and easy to coordinate with. There were about 10 of us in our group staying and there was plenty of space for all of us. Also, the parking lot across the street was a plus! Would 1000% rent again!
