Stayed Oct 13, 2025This is an ideal property if you're looking to stay in South Philly for a number of reasons. The hosts were friendly, responsive and provided all of the info we needed for our stay. The property was as-described and shown. The home is in Passyunk area of South Philly and we found the location to be ideal.- Within walking distance of Broad Street and a nearby Metro station.- Within walking distance of Passyunk Avenue and all of its shops, restaurants, bars, etc.- Within walking distance of groceries, bakeries, pharmacies.- Situated in a residential area.We brought a small dog and the property was fine for him, too. There is a park with a dog park nearby if important for you. This is a really great place to stay if you want to feel that you're part of the neighborhood, yet close to so much of what Philly has to offer.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Perfect in every way!! This place is exactly as pictured but you don’t get the amazing vibe of the neighborhood in the photos. We loved the charm of the Passyunk area of S. Philly. Lots of people walking around, little shops, restaurants, it felt safe and a very chill vibe. The location to downtown Philly was perfect! A 15 min ride. Parking was on street but we had no issues finding a spot and managed to move every 3 hours easily; overnight was fine until 9am, then we were out sightseeing. It’s just a few blocks from the famous cheesesteak rivals- Pat’s vs Geno’s. (Open 24 hrs!)The roof deck was beautiful and my teens loved the pool table!! I loved having the downstairs to myself!! (The shower pressure in the downstairs shower was AMAZING!!) We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Kelli!

Stayed May 21, 2025Wonderful! We came to Philly from SC for our son’s graduation from Rutgers in Camden. The location was perfect! Close to NJ and close to restaurants and stores within walking distance in Philly. The house was equipped with everything you would need. It rained most of the time that we were there but Kelli took care of us by leaving several umbrellas for us to use.The furniture, linens and accommodations were top notch!Thank you Kelli for sharing your home with us!

Stayed May 15, 2025We were visiting the Philadelphia area for our daughter’s wedding. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed there. Rooms were spacious. There is a very nice outside patio area. House was very well stocked. Area was nice to walk around. Lots of little cafes and restaurants.
