Uptown Cozy Victorian

It was a single family two bedroom home which is far better than some 'unit' somewhere.

I come up to SLO several times a year, but this was by far the best VRBO I've experienced. Nancy is an amazing host; she greets you with lovely notes of welcome, home baked cookies, breakfast pastries for the next morning, sweets and snacks, bottled water, and more. Her cottage is spotless, cheerful, comfortable, light-filled, and beautifully renovated. The living room is very comfortable and the TV includes Netflix, Hulu and Disney. The back patio is a peaceful slice of heaven, closed in and private with a sweet garden and decorations around it. And it's only an 11-minute walk to the center of historic SLO - the Mission , the Thursday night Farmer's Market, and great shopping. So much attention was given to many other lovely details, all of which made us feel at home. This is clearly our future go to place in SLO!

Wow, what a wonderful place to stay! It was clean, comfortable, and had so many great amenities. We really appreciated all of the snacks, drinks, and breakfast pastries. Not having to go to the store right away was so nice. :) The side yard was a nice place to sit and enjoy breakfast. Nancy was quick to respond to any questions and we would stay here again in the future.

The best VRBO stay ever! The host was super responsive, organized, and thoughtful! The house was fully equipped, decorated with the most cozy vibes. Me and my family were so touched by the pastries and cookies. Definitely want to come back some other time!

Lovely home. Met expectations. Very clean and owner was responsive. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and there were lots of lovely and thoughtful touches.

Beautifully appointed home. Great communication with owner. Very detailed instructions. Extra blankets and pillows. Very cozy. We felt very cared for -- extra snacks and breakfast were a wonderful touch. The amenities were above and beyond. Very close to downtown. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nancy was very communicative and kind. The house was really cute and very clean. Amenities were over the top including snacks, drinks and breakfast food. We will definitely stay again. Location was ideal, close to everything. Street parking was easy.

This was the perfect place for our family this weekend. Easily walkable both to downtown/restaurants and Cal Poly campus. The breakfast pastries were fantastic and we appreciated the beverages including almond milk. Communication was quick and clear. I highly recommend this place for your next trip to SLO!

This house was amazing - the outside courtyard, the thoughtful touches ie. tiwels, food items, cookies, breakfast items, creamer, juices, fruit. Also your shower was amazing!!

Absolutely awsome! From making the reservation to check out, everything was as promised plus a few surprises. Nancy was very responsive and creative. She answered all questions and requests for suggestions (Giuseppes great location for wonderful dinner and Scout Coffee great coffee and location). She was creative with breakfast treats, decor and furnishing, and outdoor seating. As we said, absolutely awesome!

The house was in a great location, beautifully set up and had everything we needed amd more. Nancy's hospitality was amazing. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in town.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property because we absolutely love it! The host is wonderful and very responsive. This house is adorable , clean and fully stocked with great items. This is our go to house when we travel to SLO.

We loved staying in this house - it felt like a home! Fun and cozy decor, all the kitchen appliances and gadgets you might need, and a very nice welcome gift of pastries and everything needed for breakfast. Location was also fantastic.

This was my second time staying here and I'll definitely be back! The host is easy to communicate with, everything is clearly labeled so it's easy to find everything in the kitchen, and they have cute and cozy touches to make your stay extra comfortable. The location is also great - it's an easy walk downtown.
