Fully equipped 3 bed house - this is the upper level of the house only & is on a private parcel of land with access to the water's edge!

The Space:

UPPER LEVEL (ONLY)

• Open plan layout with central heating & cooling.

• Large stacker doors seamlessly connect the house to the covered deck.

• Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher

• Master suite with queen bed & ensuite bathroom

• Two additional upstairs bedrooms with double beds

• Second bathroom

• Car parking adjacent to the house



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire upper level of the house, including all 3 upstairs bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and living space. Make use of the kitchen, and enjoy the garden, BBQ grill, and balcony. Parking is available in the gated driveway. Check-in time is from 2 PM, and check-out time is by 10 AM.



The Neighborhood:

Between Two Lakes is situated within a private residential community and is accessible only via a private road. The village shops and beaches of Tuross Head are only a couple of minutes drive away.



Getting Around:

The property is conveniently located on a private road off Hector McWilliam Drive as you enter Tuross Head. The village shops are approximately a 5km drive away, making it easy to access local amenities.

; - Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. . . Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.



; Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.



; A refundable guest security deposit of $500.00 applies at Between Two Lakes @ Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.



; Guest numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. 'Upstairs Only @ Between Two Lakes' has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children.



A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.



Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at Between Two Lakes. The property is non smoking internally.



; As a rural property backing onto a nature reserve and lakefront, wildlife encounters are possible—including snakes, foxes, spiders, kangaroos, echidnas, possums, and other wildlife. The area is also prone to ticks. Supervision of children and pets is essential.
