Everything was great and all the guests enjoyed the house. It's a great location, peaceful and serene. Only a few minutes to town and a short drive to the coast.

The Riverfront cabin is very modern clean and right on the river. The accomodations were perfect even for my 5 month old granddaughter. It hade everything you could need for a great stay and was close to all the attractions we wanted to see.

We really appreciated the warm clean home, the well stocked kitchen, and the kind and responsive communication!

Great house. Perfect for our two families to enjoy a few days away. Would love to stay there in the summer and take advantage of being on the river.

When we planned the trip, we did not expect storms to hit the area. As the storm hit the day we arrived with the power outage, we were not sure whether we should go and contact Charlie. He is very nice to give a couple of options, and it turned out that this property has a power generator to back up a power outage. This indeed saved the trip and the rest of stay was great. The property is surrounded by trees with great views. Due to the storm, we did not go out and enjoy the whole stay inside the house.

We had a great time and look forward to visiting again.

We had a great time at this beautiful property right on the Russian River. The two upper decks have fantastic views of the river valley, and we greatly enjoyed our last evening barbecuing on the upper deck and enjoying the views from the outside table. The kitchen has all of the utensils you need to fully enjoy the space. There were six of us, and everyone was very comfortable in our rooms. The hot tub was very nice—the first night we had incredible views of the stars from the hot tub. Lastly, several of us utilized the kayaks provided by the owners, and had a great time. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful house with us!

This home was definitely Magnificent! The communication with management was exceptional from beginning to end. The home was so clean and updated with so many amenities. The views were spectacular. All the various decks led to so much privacy and hanging out with family.

Very comfortable

The house was very nice, clean, and well stocked with essentials. The only problem for us was, as a group of 70 year olds, we were not able to carry the kayaks down to the river. Everything else was great!

Stayed with a big group of friends and it was perfect. Loved the decks and access to the water. There was a weird smell in the house when we first got there, but it went away after a bit.

We stay on the Russian River annually & this house met all our needs. It's spacious, updated, well-provisioned & very clean. The location is quiet, not only the street, but across the river from a kayak landing zone, rather than other properties. The house rules may appear less welcoming for their length, but we found nothing unreasonable. Be aware of the requirement to not only run the dishwasher, but empty it before checking out, as well as a requirement to do two loads of laundry. We could have done without yet another reminder of the task list at 6 PM the day before our departure. But that doesn't detract from our hope to have a return stay next year!

Our family had a wonderful time sharing dinners, floating the river, visiting wineries and local restaurants and hanging out on the decks and dock.The home is well equipped for cooking gourmet dinners. A variety of float toys are available for enjoying the river.The comfortable beds and the peaceful nights are perfect for a sound sleep.Charlie (property manager) was amazing with communication and quick response.It is the perfect spot for family gatherings.

Wonderful stay at the river! The house was incredibly clean with a thoughtfully stocked kitchen. The multiple decks were amazing. Perfect size for our party of 7, including kids and grandparents. And it was great to be right on the river with access to well maintained kayaks and river floats. We have stayed in the russian river area multiple times-- highly recommend this house!

This was our second time back to this amazing rental. It fits our family of 8 perfectly and the kids really enjoyed the kayaks and being able to fish right from the dock. Owner was great and accommodating. Very nice, clean, and comfortable.

Fantastic house loved the layout. Perfect for our son and family of four, and donating with our three dogs. Beautiful morning’s drinking coffee on the deck looking out at the river and redwoods. Enjoyed eating dinners at the table on deck. Enjoyed kayaking , especially the grandsons. Great communication with owner who answered all our questions quickly. Would definitely say here again.

This is our second stay at Riverfront. It’s definitely one of the nicest places to stay on the river. It is also well stocked with games, four kayaks, floaties, and life jackets. I highly recommend this property.

The only problem with this house is that you might not want to leave to explore the greater Guerneville surroundings. Probably one of the most nicely furnished vacation rentals that we have stayed in. All of the decks offer great views and really nice furniture for hanging out above the river. All of the amenities are fully functional… the barbecue, the Jacuzzi, etc. Communication with the property manager was seamless. It was kind of a perfect stay. We also really enjoyed walking the neighborhood.We will definitely try to book this house for our next trip to RR.

I arranged to have a group spot that friends and I could enjoy and share meals at. The hope is fantastic and has many levels where people can hangout together or separately. The view is fantastic. We were able to float the river and end up back at the homes private deck. Great space for a get away.

Went here with a group of friends for the weekend and had such a magical, beautiful time. It was a little rainy and cold, and it didn't matter because the house was absolutely wonderful and being right on the river was so picturesque. We cooked a bunch and ate and relaxed, then warmed up at night in the hot tub. I loved all the thought that went into making this house feel welcoming, and the labels for where things were really helped us! Beds were comfy and everyone slept very comfortably. Charlie was an awesome, friendly host and was super easy to communicate with! We will most definitely be going back!!

Very nice riverfront property in a quiet neighborhood near Guerneville on the Russian River. View of the river off the back deck was quite scenic and the hot tub was an added pleasure.The interior was modern , clean and met all our needs. The drive to Santa Rosa was a bit longer than we’d like (About 30 minutes) but we got used to it. We would stay again if we go back to Sonoma county.

The property was well maintained and very nice for a group of eight or so. (We had six.) We were there in the off season (February) so didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space as much as I think we would in warmer weather.

Wonderful property, right on the river, with many decks, spacious and comfortable and very close to town but on a quiet street. But need toBe able to use stairs because as thehouse has several levels.

Loved the property, right on the water, very clean, well stocked for cooking in. Highly recommend.My only complaint is the laundry list of check out items… we were only there for a short weekend and had to launder all towels before leaving with incredibly specific instructions about cycle length and amount of detergent, etc. our checkout was at 11am… it was a little stressful to get it all done. if we’re paying a few hundred for a cleaning service, shouldn’t that include laundering towels? Or let us know ahead of time it’s ok for a later checkout…. Felt very rushed.

This is a really well designed and maintained property (considering the flood plane can occasionally bring water up to the street level) right on the river. Our band was looking for a place to do a little retreat and this fit the bill. You will see that all of the house rules align with Sonoma county regulations for vacation properties and it's not a big deal. The interior of the house is really well insulated thermally and acoustically. (I was hanging out in the hot tub while the band was playing inside and couldn't hear them). Views from the multiple levels of deck were excellent. Property manager was excellent to communicate with. Looking foreword to coming back in summer.

Very clean; has everything you could need for a great Russian River getaway.

We loved our stay at this well appointed and picturesuqe property on the Russian River. Charlie was an attentive and responsive host and the place exceeded our expectations. Our family had such an enjoyable experience visiting the town of Guerneville, Armstrong Woods, and the nearby Korbel winery. Highly recommend!

Fabulous place for family meals, outings, playing games and being together. Super comfy beds. The road is narrow and rather precarious for walking a dog, but that’s ok. Plenty of space for 6-8 people. Lots of stairs so be sure your people can deal with that. We had trouble getting the oven to heat up to a decent temp. Also, we were there in a rain spell so a mat by the sliding glass doors out to the deck would help keep the nice floors dry and clean. Overall great and super fast host communication.

We spent Thanksgiving at Riverfront and it was perfect! The house was very clean and well stocked in every room. The decks with the view of the Russian River are amazing.

Booked a 3-nite stay w/family & friends months in advance. The 4 bd/3ba listing looked inviting for our party of 6 (3 adult couples), and the property exceeded our high expectations.Every amenity you could want & dealing w/contact was seamless. Spectacular inside & out.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed staying at Riverfront. From the adult-themed treehouse, we explored many of the natural wonders of the area - from the trees to the sea! Riverfront was very clean, well equipped, and communication with Charlie was excellent. It was close to feeling like home, with spectacular views of the Russian river and the surrounding forest. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 8 adults 60+ - all from the Bay Area -wanting to experience a relaxing Staycation in the Russian River area. This property was absolutely perfect for us. It is beautifully appointed and stocked in every room. There are 2 decks for dining and congregating, with the lower deck also having the hot tub. The home and the hot tub were spotlessly clean and so much thought has been given to assuring that the guests the best experience throughout. And - maybe best of all - water crafts that we used everyday! 4 kayaks and multiple inner tubes provided something for everyone! I would highly recommend this property with only one exception. There truly are a lot of stairs both inside and out, so if that is an issue, this would not be the best place. Otherwise, relax and enjoy!!

This is an excellent rental for 8 people. Plenty of room that feels even biger because of the views from every floor. Communication with owner was excellent. The only caveat which I may have missed in the posting, is that if you are old with bad knees, it's not perfect. To get to the water it's a commitment, and the house has several floors of decks. Other than that, it's an ideal Russian River experience.

We spent 3 days at the property with 7 adults and 1 child, and 2 dogs, The property is well suited for family fun with plenty of room, lots of outdoor living space, and a beautiful view of the river. The house even has a whole house generator that did kick on for several hours when the power went out. Very seamless. It is very comfortable. As others have noted, there are many steps as there are three levels to the property, Getting down to the river is also quite a few steps. If anyone in your group has mobility issues, they will be limited in this house. It was no problem for us. We had one mechanical issue and Charlie was very responsive to get it fixed the same day.

The river house is BEAUTIFUL, perfect location, exactly as advertised and then some. Gracious and responsive host. Very well stocked. We stayed a few nights with friends on retreat to relax and get away from life and reconnect and it was wonderful. The beds are very comfortable, the location is perfect, the river is wonderful, I HIGHLY recommend. I look forward to staying there again.

The house was lovely and the location and river views were spectacular! Very quiet and peaceful as it is across the river from Guerneville and the main river road. We had a couple of days with temps in the 90s when we really enjoyed the home’s A/C; on other days we just sat on the decks under umbrellas and watched the river flow. We will be back!

Beautiful house and location with space for gathering or quiet alone time. The series of stairs (reminiscent of the artist MC Escher) require guests to be in pretty good shape. Perhaps we left in better shape than we arrived!

Best place we have stayed in the area. Gorgeous setting on the river with plenty of water toys available. Down the river from Korbel. Easy access to other vineyards. The host always responded promptly to any inquiries. We have been coming to this area since the late 80s, and this is by far the best place we have stayed!

Comfortable, clean and wells appointed

What a dream house! The view of the Russian River is beautiful and the dock to the river just a few steps away. The house is beautifully appointed with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The gourmet kitchen was well stocked, the living room roomy and comfortable, the bedrooms and beds luxurious. Our family enjoyed the use of the kayaks and river floats during the day and the hot tub at night. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My family and I real enjoyed the property with direct access to the Russian River. The kayaks were great and we did a lot of upriver trips to enjoy the scenery. This is a great place to stay and the host is very responsive to our texts. Brad
