Stayed Sep 19, 2025The house was clean and close to family we were visiting. Probably not the nicest area but it was fine. The garbage disposal doesn't work and the garage code didn't work to take out trash out to the garage as the instructions asked. Other than that- it was clean, it was easy to check in and out and worked great for what we needed!

Stayed Dec 11, 2024We were there for a UC graduation. House is only 20 minutes from UC depending on traffic. It seats on a corner lot, quite neighborhood but busy main street which didn't bother us. Very clean, nicely decorated and loved the Christmas tree, manger extra seasonal touches. Very well stocked better than any VRBO I've ever stayed in. Only advice if mobility issues bring bathmat or portable shower chair for the really nice master shower, brother was a little nervous in it(no bars). My nephew only lives 6miles away will be renting this house again! Check out Jungle Jims just up the street, it's an experience !
