Upscale 4 BR Duplex with a Pool!

Great house and great location, just a short walk from the beach

House was very nice and spacious. Would not recommend for older adults especially if you can’t climb a lot of steps because there are a lot. But other then that very nice house

Yes the rooms were clean.Yes the ac worked just fineYes the washer and dryer worked and be sure to bring your own laundry detergent!The host was responsive to our questions and got any issues resolved.

This place was such a great stay! I had a vball tournament and my team and myself stayed there. Very relaxing. Great area, short walk to the beach and there are a few walking restaurants along with several within a 5 min drive. A few things to make your trip even better- Bring extra blankets. Each of the beds was made but there are not any throws if you want to go read a book on the couch, etc.. The pool is shared with whom ever rents the other side. During our stay there was a lot of young kids so we did not go in it. I dont believe it is heated so prepare for a chill if you do not go in during the day. These are not complaints, the place was great and would stay again!

Place was exactly what the ad said it was, no more no less. Had all the beach toy , chairs, and boogie boards and beach cart amenities you could ask for in the storage closet. Outdoor lights were out when we got there. They fixed them next day swiftly. The ac on 3rd floor stopped working, they were there same day and fixed swiftly. The pool. It should have been cleaned that Tuesday during our visit, but was not. We had to deal w the sand and dirt from the previous tenants. That did not get serviced until Friday afternoon and we had left already. That’s my only complaint. Other than that. All good and great place..short walk to the beach.

Clean and spacious. Kitchen wasnt as stocked as some other places but we made do. Quick walk to the beach and plenty of pool and beach toys to borrow. Would consider staying again.

Property was nice and clean. The only complaint I have is the pool was dirty.

This place was very spacious! It was perfect for our family. We really loved the outdoor shower and the pool.

The home is in fairly good condition. Rather outdated. But very clean and decently equipped. The washer/ dryer were quite old and worked poorly. The mattresses all need replacements. The refrigerator was in poor repair. And the biggest disappointment was the pool, which was our of service the entire stay. That was the sole reason for renting that unit. We were never notified. And other renters were only notified the night before. Quite disappointing

I booked this place specifically for the pool. I have a 3 yr old grandson who loves the water and it’s much easier to keep an eye on him in the pool as opposed to the beach. The pool was unusable (the pump had been broken for months according to the neighbor). By the end of our stay, the pool was filthy and filled with sand crabs. In addition, the place has 2G internet so don’t expect to watch tv or do any work on your computer. There were only 2 pillows per bed and no blankets—just a sheet and the bedspread—hardly upscale. One tub did not have a stopper, so couldn’t bath my grandson in it. The garbage cans were full when we arrived and covered with flys! Would not stay here again.

Our stay was very nice. The house was beautiful and clean. It was close to the ocean and had beautiful views. The pool was an extra bonus. The neighborhood was quiet. It was also close to all of things we wanted to do in Carolina Beach. The only downfall was the beds were very uncomfortable but we made the best of it because the house was perfect otherwise for our family.

Perfect for large family or friends. Beautifully furnished with lots of space and comfortable bedding. Short walk to the beach and close to area dining and entertainment. Only issue would be there are quite a few stairs so probably not suitable for someone with compromised health or stamina.

The stay was great ! Didn't care for the neighbors they where up at the pool late at night and we have babies trying to sleep. Overall besides that great place to stay !

The house was awesome, a lot of room. Internet could have been a little faster but over all really nice. We will be back. Quick response to contact host
