Stayed Oct 10, 2025We really enjoyed the decor and cozy feel of Eric’s place. He was responsive and friendly! The location was perfect - we went to the football game at the university of Colorado stadium. And found lots of fun places to eat along the way. The coffee shop down the road is wonderful!
