This beach house is exactly what we needed for our weekend trip. It was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The house is a short walk to the beach, and the canal view is so relaxing. Enjoyed having our morning coffee on deck very quiet area! The host, Mr. Martin, was so accommodating and friendly. We could not have asked for a better experience! We will most definitely stay here again.

Owners are fantastic people! Property was perfect for my needed get away. Close to beach access, beautiful canal in the rear. Clean and smelled amazing. Shower was the best pressure of my life!! I will be back again and again and cannot recommend this place enough! I would give 10 stars if I could :)

The owner provided lots of fun with all the equipment you can use- bikes, kayaks, crab pot, beach chairs, beach wagon, corn hole, swing, etc...

The home is beautiful, the rooms are nicely decorated, my teenage daughter loved having a large bed and a bedroom all to herself. We had breakfast every morning on the porch overlooking the canal, it was so relaxing with the breeze, perfect to plan the day's activities. We bicycled up and down Ocean Blvd most mornings, from end to end, it seemed super safe to us, everyone was respectful of pedestrians and bicycles. The teenagers used the kayaks that came with the house and the paddle board we got for this vacation. The canals are a safe environment to let the kids enjoy the water independently. The owners were responsive to every inquiry my husband had regarding the location and operation of the laundry, the outdoor shower and even sent a handyman to tend to a malfunction of the dishwasher. The owners went out of their way to ensure we found their house's offerings were always in perfect order. We appreciated that high level of care. The location of this house is ideal for a variety of water sports, including fishing/crabbing from the house dock or fishing from the nearby spots just a few blocks away.

Easy beach access from this location, just a few minutes walk. House was exactly as advertised and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet.The host texted me as soon as the house was cleaned, so we were able to check in early.

This place was very cute and perfect size for me and 2 others. It’s in a cool spot right on the channel and we were able to hang out on the dock/in the water with floats if we didn’t feel like going to the beach. The public beach access was only a short 5 min walk away. Joel was very attentive and helpful with check in and informing us about things to do. There were people in the unit underneath but they were very friendly and didn’t mind the company at all. 10/10 recommend!!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here. Downstairs neighbors were friendly, and the owner was communicative and very helpful. Nice place to stay if you're looking for some peace and quiet.
