This is our 4 time at the school house. It didn’t disappoint! We love it and will continue to stay yearly. It offers freedom for our children to play and the adults to relax. It doesn’t feel like anyone is “on top” of each other. Lots of basketball, and whiffle ball games and fun had!!

Perfect place to stay with our family and friends. Kids had a blast as well as the adults. House decorations are amazing. Host is great!! We all want to come back had so much fun. Thank You

We had 14 family and friends stay at the school for the long Thanksgiving weekend. We had such a wonderful and fun time. The school has plenty of space and so much to do and see just on the property. Brookings and beautiful state parks are not far at all. We even drove down to the Red Woods and spent a day there. Less than a 90 min drive. The gym was a big hit along with the neighboring horses that came to say hi every morning.

This trip was hands down one of the best trips we’ve ever had to the coast. The Chetco School house made us all feel at ease and made the trip pure bliss. We had 5 family with many little children and there were nothing but smiles the entire 4 days we were there. This was our second trip to the school house and we’re already chatting about the next one! Thanks you for all the memories.

Erin is an amazing host. Had a large family gathering here and there is tons of room and fun to be had. We’ve now come two years in a row and had a fantastic experience both times. Highly recommend!

Our family had a blast. From pickleball to Jerry’s Jet Boat Ride to horse back riding or hanging out in the Game Room plus campfire with s’mores. We had a ball and the old school is delightful. The beds were fantastic plus two kitchens. Oh My we had a phenomenal time

We had an amazing stay at the schoolhouse! It was perfect for our crew of 18 to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday! The house and property are so clean and comfortable. The highlight for us was the game room with all the table games and we also loved the gym for some late night basketball games :) The outdoor shower was a nice bonus! Thank you for sharing your beautiful schoolhouse with us.

This place is huge, fun, comfortable and unique. It has great beds, well-stocked kitchens, and lots of space for games and activities.

I had a few of my wifes close girlfriends come up and suprise her on Friday night, they chilled made margaritas, brought up some mexican food from LaFlor DeMexico (excellent local restaurant) to keep things simple, even though they have two FULLY stocked, fully functional kitchens with everything you could ever need!..They all had an amazing time playing games and watching movies (solid movie selection) Saturday we had a BBQ and few more friends came up and celebrated with us. The beds and bedding were actually very comfortable, and our friends even commented on it. Surprising, as every other VRBO we've stayed at had horribly uncomfortable beds. So another +1 for this place! Its close to town, enough stuff to keep you entertained, lots of different styles of art all throughout the place and just a comfortable property. Thank you for having us, we will be back!!!
