The owners were so kind and communicative. Great layout of house and a warm feeling. Plenty room for us.

The home was beautiful, comfortable. and the kitchenn well stocked for cooking. We had beautiful weather and really enjoyed our stay. I'm sure we will be back to stay again.

6 friends from Missoula, Montana, along with 2 dogs, stayed at the Porch in Brookings for a long weekend in mid-February. The house was everything we hoped for - lots of room for the 6 of us, a fenced yard for the dogs, a well-equipped kitchen, lots of towels and hot water, every bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect with great access to the beaches, trails and all that the Brookings metro area has to offer. We enjoyed our time! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Our extended family (ages 2-77) enjoyed the spacious layout that provided fantastic communal and private space. The beds and cozy blankets everywhere made curling up in relaxation a must. Every supply we needed was provided. Communication with owner was fantastic and prompt.

Our family had a great time, hanging out at this Brookings home. It is conveniently located, close to the harbor, restaurants and shopping. The house was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here on future trips to Brookings!

This was a very nice place to stay for our family vacation. It had enough room for everyone to spread out and nice amenities. We were able to enjoy the close beaches and visit the Redwoods. Communication and check in was easy!

Overall we had a good stay! Cozy house and had what we needed. Harris Beach State Park was very close and a highlight of our trip.

VERY clean, well-maintained and comfortable home. Beds were very comfortable, ample pillows and extra blankets available in each room, very well-stocked kitchen, garage parking, tidy backyard with grill available, great WiFi coverage, and definitely set up for families! This home was centrally located in town, just a few minutes’ drive to the main strip of businesses and restaurants along Chetco Ave. We had a very, very comfortable stay for a weekend getaway to Brookings with the kids and dogs. We have stayed in a few other rentals in town and this one is our favorite one, by far. We come to Brookings every year and will definitely be booking this home again!

Such an amazing clean and spacious home away from home, everyone enjoyed spending down time relaxing here, the kitchen was great, fully stocked. We had lots of family meals here. Lovely home in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood of Brookings. Easy access to the beaches, restaurants and stores. The home worked out perfectly for our multi-generational family and canines.
