Comfortable and close to the city

Hi. We had a great stay, as before. Cannot fault it, right near the centre of York and parking, its a great house. Just some issues you may not be aware of, it is not a critisism. Shower door rubber in bathroom coming off, door key gets stuck sometimes difficult to lock and signal problems with tv, cant hardly get any channels. Overall its a perfect getaway. Hope to stay again. Carol & John

Beautiful flat to spend our 5 days in York.Comfy beds, nice kitchen to have our breakfasts in and location couldn’t be any better. Short walk to everything. There are some stairs to access bathroom and bedrooms but were manageable even after long days of touring.Check in process was a breeze and near by pubs were great. It was a great place to stay and would highly recommend.

The property is very clean and well cared for.

The location was great, house comfortable and parking good. But honestly the place needs a good scrubbing. There is an ant problem in the kitchen and a bad smell under the sink.

The overall property was fine , the wardrobe in the main bedroom was full of junk , the second bedroom wardrobe shelf had no base to it . The parking is tight if you had a large car you wouldn’t have parked.No terrestrial TVThe washing machine had mould in it.Looked in the drawers for a game found everything just thrown in it all muddled up, my wife tidied it no 10 of spades Shower cords need lengthening Towels were worn and small we purchased new ones Other than that we had a nice time

We loved our stay in York and this townhouse made everything very easy. Close to absolutely everything! We didn’t use our car the entire time we were there. Easy walk to the shambles, York minster, Clifford’s Tower and sooo many pubs and restaurants!

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely townhouse with easy walking distance to attractions, pubs, fabulous, food and entertainment.

With the city wall close to everything. Townhouse had everything you needed. So close to city centre.Great little place quite.Would stay again. Recommend a 100%

Overall, a decent spot for a family to stay in York. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk everywhere. The property manager was very flexible in allowing us to drop luggage off so we didn’t have to carry it around all afternoon and was very responsive. It might not be the most updated apartment, but other qualities win out. Would stay here again.

Great location for city centre.Quiet part of townProperty has a nice layout with bits you need for a weekend stay.Parking for 1 car outside the house. Would definitely recommend

Lovely house good facilities but a bit chiily in the evenings as there was only 1 storage heater for kitchen and lounge There was a fire but didn't blow out hot air unless we were doing something wrong. Overall excellent would recommend to other parties

This is our second stay at this property. It is ideally situated for walking into the centre. The house is lovely and the host is very helpful and replies to any queries promptly.

Accomodation was very comfortable and clean. Easy walking distance into central York. Quite location. Great communication with host. Would stay again.
