Updated West End home with fenced backyard & direct beach access - dog-friendly

House was in good condition and was very clean! Loved being so close to the ocean. Best part!

Perfect place for a family and pet!

The house suited our family perfectly. Was a little disappointed that the deck couldn't accomodate more chairs/ people. It was wonderful that sheets and towels were provided, thank you! The kitchen was fully stocked and very nice. We were told that we'd get a text if early check in was available. Some of us arrived at the house around 3:00 but didnt check the door. I arrived at 3:45, checked the door and the key code worked. It would have been nice if we would have been notified that we could get in early. Thank you for being a pet friendly house. Our dog, Owen, absolutely loves the ocean and being close to the point made for some wonderful walks and beautiful sunrises.

The best thing about this house is the private beach access directly across the street. The home also has a very nice kitchen. The beds are all comfortable. It can be a little tight. We traveled with five adults and four children, and I think a smaller group would be more appropriate for the house. However, the same group of us stayed at this house two years ago and it was nice enough for us to stay again.

Location right on beach

This is our tenth year vacationing at Holden and first year we decided to bring our pets. We were glad to find this house that was accommodating for dogs not restricted to 50lbs or less. Would recommend to anyone that likes to bring their dogs. The house was clean upon arrival and you would never know it was a dog friendly house by looks or smell. Great amenities, very comfortable for two families and great access to the beach.

Absolutely loved this house for our vacation. My family had an amazing experience with my family and our pets. Plenty of space, quality location, and easy access to the beach. We are so thankful to have our vacation at Sun Dancer. Looking forward to staying again!!

The home was clean, well furnished, and in a great location. The management company representatives (and home owner who stopped by briefly) were all very friendly, responsive, and informative. Great family vacation experience!

New kitchen! Yay. Our gourp has stayed at this house twice a year for the past 3 years. We tend to stay in rather than gad about the area so the discovery of at new kitchen was fantastic. Thanks owners... Now maybe you can deal with the living room seating, it's dirty and worn and pretty uncomfortable cause it's so soft.

Quiet. Peaceful. Walkway across the street to the beach. The front porch was lovely. They have everything you need inside the house. The fenced in area out back was so convenient for our furry friend. You will not be disappointed in this rental. We shall return in the future!

Located across the street on Ocean Blvd, this home is family and pet friendly. I personally enjoy sitting out on the deck listening to the waves. Since this house is located on the west end, very little traffic. Our family has now stayed here twice. Highly recommend

A nice property with a well equipped kitchen.

The location of this property is amazing. A short walk to the beach, the best views off the deck. The house is aged but the location mores than compensates. If you are going to the beach to enjoy the beach this is the place for you.

This is our third visit staying at Summer Sands and we love it! At the beach, it is location first and foremost for us and you can’t get any closer than with this house. It is literally on the beach. The unit is clean, the washer and dryer is great, plenty of parking and the deck off the dining area is our favorite spot to people watch, dolphin watch or just to sit and relax. It’s an older home with not the latest and greatest gadgets or kitchen appliances but it’s functional and we love it. Again, the location is unbeatable
