Stayed Aug 7, 2024The property itself was nice, but two major issues we hade was the master shower didn't get hot at all, it was only set to a luke warm temperature and then the master toilet just didn't want to flush all of the time so we stopped using it the first night so it wouldn't cause any issues. So instead of using the bathroom connected to our room we had to use the other one which was a little disappointing. If you come here in the summer please bring mosquito repellent. They will eat you alive. It's horrible how bad they are in the backyard. Probably the last thing I would say might need some maintenance would be the insects. I killed at least 20 earwicks in the house. I probably wouldn't rent this house again honestly not for that price.

Stayed May 9, 2024Location was good for us. Close to town but out a little. The house was just perfect for what we needed! Celebrating my daughter’s graduation from Texas State. There was room for all of us. Lots of seating in the living room and dining table. Decorated so stylish. Well equippped with extras. Backyard was amazingly large with a seating area and string lights. So cute! The master is huge. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Stayed Aug 18, 2023We stayed her for a weekend and it was just perfect! Right by the river to float, house was super cute and they were so easy to deal with. Made our stay so pleasant. Would definitely recommend and is a 10/10

Stayed Dec 31, 1969At first we were a little disappointed at the distance from downtown But after the first day we changed our minds it only takes a few minutes to drive it and it is a straight shot to get downtown The peace and quite that we enjoyed in the back yard was worth it The house was immaculate very modern and everything worked well The wife really like the decor Easy transaction with renting The young lady from across the road was a great help she walked us thru and it took maybe 5 minutes Will definitely consider stay again

Stayed Jun 29, 2023The stay was nice over all but the neighbor was nosy and thought we were looking over the fence any time we got on the pool latter. The house is more country than city takes a bit of time to get to places.
