Stayed Jun 13, 2025The property is definitely distressed. It is in need of some maintenance and repair. There was mold in the seams of the shower enclosure and on the backsplash of the bathroom sink. There was a hole in the back of the door in the upstairs bathroom. There was a broken chair in the kitchen tape together with scotch tape. The back of the house had mold on it along with the back deck/stairs and the concrete pad entrance downstairs. The neighborhood was great. Quiet and peaceful and close to all of the attractions. The owner needs to take some time and tend to the property.
